Abstract
Penelitian ini didasari atas pemikiran bahwa setiap perusahaan pasti menginginkan hasil yang maksimal. Kondisi tersebut dapat diperoleh saat terjadi kerja sama antara pimpinan dan karyawan harus dapat melaksanakan tugas dalam struktur di lingkungan organisasi tersebut, karyawan memerlukan komunikasi yang baik serta hubungan yang baik dalam perusahaan dan tanggungjawab yang baik pula. Sehingga dengan begitu pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan akan memberikan manfaat bagi kepentingan organisasi dan tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagimana pengaruh persepsi karyawan tentang iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, selain itu penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.X Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument berupa kuesioner/wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan sampel sebesar 78 karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.X (Sebuah perusahan bergerak di bidang industri tekstil) di Kota Bandung. Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Iklim Organisasi, Kinerja This research is based on the premise that every company wants maximum results. This condition can be obtained when there is cooperation between leaders and employees, they must be able to carry out tasks within the structure within the organization, employees need good communication and good relationships within the company and good responsibility too. So that the influence of organizational climate on employee performance will provide benefits for the interests of the organization and the achievement of organizational goals. The focus of this study is to determine how the influence of employee perceptions about organizational climate on employee performance, besides this research was conducted at PT.X Bandung City. This research uses instruments in the form of questionnaires / interviews, observation and literature study. The method used is descriptive and verification methods using simple linear regression analysis and a sample of 78 employees. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between organizational climate on the performance of employees of PT.X (a company engaged in the textile industry) in Bandung.
