Abstract
Pelaksanaannya, Proyek X mengalami keterlambatan akibat penundaan pekerjaan karena dana yang turun berjangka. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dan analisis data menggunakan metode EVM untuk mengetahui kinerja proyek, metode CPM untuk mengetahui durasi dan lintasan kritis proyek, metode PERT untuk mengetahui probabilitas penyelesaian proyek . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja akhir proyek dari aspek biaya secara kumulatif CPI sama dengan satu yang berarti baik atau efesien walaupun pada minggu tertentu terjadi inefesien pengeluaran. Kinerja akhir proyek dari aspek waktu menghasilkan SPI bernilai kurang dari satu berarti bahwa proyek mengalami keterlambatan penyelesaian dengan penambahan waktu selama enam minggu. Hasil perhitungan metode CPM menunjukkan durasi total proyek selama 75 hari dan pekerjaan yang termasuk lintasan kritis yaitu A (persiapan dan bongkaran), B (beton struktur), C (pasangan dan plesteran), E (rangka atap, dan penutup atap), H (Kunci dan Penggantung), J (Pasangan Keramik), K (Pengecetan). Hasil perhitungan metode PERT Probabilitas penyelesaian proyek paling tinggi yaitu pada durasi akhir proyek selama 80 hari. Under the guidance of Dr. Chairul Furqon, S.Sos, M.M and Dr. Rofi Rofaida, SP., M.Si. Rehabilitation Project of X is planned for completion in the 12th week. In Implementation, project X experiences delays due to work delays due to reduced funds in term. The research method used quantitative method and data analysis using the EVM method to determine project performance, the CPM method to determine the duration and critical path of the project, the PERT method to determine the probability of project completion. The results showed that the final project performance from the cost aspect, the cumulative CPI was equal tone, which means good or efficient even though in certain weeks there was expenditure inefficiency. The final performance of the project from the aspect of time results in an SPI of less than one meaning that the project is delayed in completion with an additional time of six weeks. The calculation results of the CPM method show the total project duration of 75 days and the work including the critical path of activities A (preparation and demolition), B (structural concrete), C (pairing and plastering), E (roof truss, and roof cover), H (keys and hangers), J (Ceramic Pair), K (painting).
