Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh motivasi kerja dan kesiapan kerja setelah melakasanakan praktik kerja industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kepemilikan motivasi dan kesiapan kerja peserta didik SMKN 2 Subang setelah melaksanakan praktik kerja industri, (2) Gambaran motivasi dan kesiapan kerja peserta didik SMKN 2 Subang setelah melaksanakan praktik kerja industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instumen penelitian observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan yang didapatkan (1) Kepemilikan motivasi kerja (26,2%) tinggi dan untuk kepemilikan kesiapan kerja (24,6%) tinggi. (2) Gambaran motivasi kerja berada di kategori tinggi (52,5%). Gambaran kesiapan kerja berada di kategori sangat tinggi (60,65%) Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kesiapan Kerja, dan Praktik Kerja Industri . This research is motivated by work practices and work readiness after carrying out industrial work practices. This study aims to determine (1) Ownership of motivation and work readiness of SMKN 2 Subang students after carrying out industrial work, (2) A description of motivation and work readiness of SMKN 2 Subang students after doing industrial work. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with observation and documentation research instruments. Findings obtained (1) Ownership of work motivation (26.2%) is high and for ownership of work readiness (24.6%) is high. (2) The description of work motivation in the high category (52.5%). The picture of work suitability in the very high category (60.65%) Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Readiness, and Industrial Work Practices.
