Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara work-family conflict dan relationship maintenance dengan relationship satisfaction pasangan dual earner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasi berganda. Sebanyak 200 responden diambil sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) dari Susan S. Hendrick (1988), work to family conflict and family to work conflict scales dari Netemeyer (1996), dan measure of strategic maintenance developed dari Stafford dan Canary (1991). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara work-family conflict dan relationship maintenance dengan relationship satisfaction pada pasangan dual earner dengan tingkat korelasi yang rendah. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple correlation techniques. A total of 200 respondents were taken as samples using simple random sampling technique. The questionnaire used in this study was Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) from Susan S. Hendrick (1988), work to family conflict and family to work conflict scales from Netemeyer (1996), and measures of strategic maintenance developed from Stafford and Canary (1991 ) The results of this study are that there is a relationship between work-family conflict and relationship maintenance with relationship satisfaction on dual earner pairs with a low level of correlation.
