Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam penelitian ini, di latar belakangi oleh permasalahan kinerja karyawan Industri Pangan PT X Kabupaten Garut yang mengalami penurunan selama lima tahun waktu berjalan yaitu dari tahun 2015-2019 serta dengan jumlah absensi yang meningkat di Industri Pangan PT X Kabupaten Garut. Dengan penurunan kinerja yang di alami oleh karyawan Industri Pangan PT X Kabupaten Garut, bila dibiarkan terus menerus maka akan berdampak terhadap terhambatnya berbagai macam proses bisnis di perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yang salah satunya menarik peneliti adalah lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai lingkungan kerja non fisik, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di Industri Pangan PT X Kabupaten Garut, pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sejumlah 93 karyawan. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, studi kepustakaan danwawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi secara bersama – sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil uji korelasi kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi sebesar 32,4%. Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT In this study, on the background of the performance problems of employees of the Food Industry PT X Garut Regency which has decreased during the five years running time, namely from 2015-2019 and with the increasing number of absences in the Food Industry PT X Garut Regency. With the decline in performance experienced by employees of the Food Industry PT X Garut Regency, if allowed to continue it will have an impact on the obstruction of various kinds of business processes in the company. Many factors influence employee performance, one of which attracts researchers is the non-physical work environment and employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the non-physical work environment, motivation and performance of employees in the Food Industry PT X Garut Regency, the influence of non-physical work environments and employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, and the influence of non-physical work environments and motivation on performance. employees. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a population of 93 employees. With the data collection techniques questionnaire, literature study and interviews. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the T test and F test. The results of the research that have been done show that the non-physical work environment and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the correlation test, employee performance is influenced by the non-physical work environment and motivation by 32.4%.
