Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Pelayanan SDM. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum tercapainya efektivitas kerja Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Pelayanan SDM. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu budaya organisasi dan efektivitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kuat lemahnya budaya oraganisasi dan gambaran tingkat efektivitas kerja pegawai di Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Pelayanan SDM. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Pelayanan SDM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanatori (explanatory survey) dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah.pegawai Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Pelayanan SDM. Dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kuat lemahnya budaya organisasi berada pada kategori cukup kuat dan gambaran tingkat efektivitas kerja berada pada kategori cukup efektif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien regresi sederhana, diperoleh hasil bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja.; This research was conducted at the Head Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) HR Services Division. The problem examined in this study is that the work effectiveness of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Head Office Division has not yet been achieved. This study consists of two variables, namely organizational culture and work effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to find a picture of the strengths and weaknesses of organizational culture and a description of the level of work effectiveness of employees at the Head Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) HR Services Division. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee work effectiveness at the Head Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) HR Services Division. This study uses a survey explanatory method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 30 respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of the Head Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) HR Services Division. And the data analysis technique used is simple regression. The results of data processing indicate that the picture of the strength of the organizational culture is in the strong enough category and the level of work effectiveness is in the quite effective category. Based on the calculation of simple regression coefficients, the results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness.
