Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah masih belum optimalnya motivasi belajar siswa SMK kelas X Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu fasilitas belajar (X1), komunikasi interpersonal guru (X2) dan motivasi belajar (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat fasilitas belajar, komunikasi interpersonal guru, dan motivasi belajar. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan komunikasi interpersonal guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMK kelas X Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanatory dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh siswa kelas X program otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data penelitian didapatkan bahwa: (1) gambaran tingkat efektivitas fasilitas belajar dipersepsikan efektif oleh responden, (2) gambaran tingkat komunikasi interpersonal guru dipersepsikan efektif oleh responden, (3) gambaran tingkat motivasi belajar siswa dipersepsikan tinggi oleh responden. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa fasilitas belajar (X1) dan komunikasi interpersonal guru (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar (Y). Dengan demikian, motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan fasilitas belajar dan komunikasi interpersonal guru. The problem of the research covers a learning motivation of vocational high school student grade X Automation and Office Governance Program especially on The Office Technology subject. This study consisted of three variables, namely learning facilities (X1), teacher interpersonal communication (X2) and learning motivation (Y). The purpose of this research is to find out the level overview of learning facilities, teacher interpersonal communication, and learning motivation. Other than that, the purpose of this research is to find out the influence of learning facilities and teacher interpersonal communication toward learning motivation of vocational high school student grade X Automation and Office Governance Program especially on Office Technology subject. This research uses an explanatory survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this research was 72 respondents. The respondents in this research were all vocational high school students grade X of Automation and Office Governance Program in the academic year 2019/2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results from the analysis of the research data found that: (1) An overview of the effectiveness of learning facilities perceived to be effective by respondents, (2) an overview of the level of teacher interpersonal communication perceived to be effective by respondents, (3) an overview of the level of student learning motivation perceived to be high by respondents. Hypothesis test results obtained that learning facilities (X1) and teacher interpersonal communication (X2) have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation (Y). Therefore, student learning motivation can be increased through improvement in learning facilities and teacher interpersonal communication.
