The present forensic-pragmatic study was conducted to explore and describe the types of implicature (implied meaning) in twitter replies. The data were analysed based on Grice’s implicature. The linguistic data were obtained through screenshots, purposive sampling, and text transcription of the Twitter in the non-formal context. The results show that 1) the non-observance maxim in the conversation include flouting the maxim and violating the maxim, as classified by Grice; 2) and analysis of implicature of these utterances, in the forensic linguistics viewpoint, have a tendency to violate the Law of the Republic of Indonesia concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, article 27 paragraph 3 Jo45C about affronts and defamation.
