Abstract

Aksi mahasiswa 24 September 2019, menjadi salah satu aksi mahasiswa yang memiliki sejarah penting bagi bangsa Indonesia. Mahasiswa seluruh Indonesia hadir untuk melakukan penolakan terhadap pengesahan revisi Rancangan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (RKUHP) dan revisi Undang-Undang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (UU KPK) di depan gedung Dewan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR)/Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat (MPR). Berbagai media pemberitaan nasional maupun internasional turut memberitakan peristiwa ini, salah satunya adalah media cnnindonesia.com. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut mengenai representasi aktor sosial dalam pemberitaan aksi mahasiswa 24 September 2019 di media cnnindonesia.com. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tuturan inklusi dan eksklusi sesuai dengan teori Van Leeuwen dengan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 187 kalimat (50,40%) yang termasuk strategi inklusi. 187 Kalimat tersebut terbagi atas dua diferensiasi, enam belas indiferensiasi, tiga objektivasi, sebelas nominasi, 42 kategorisasi, 28 determinasi, empat belas indeterminasi, 48 asimilasi, dan 23 individualisasi. Selanjutnya, terdapat enam belas kalimat (4,31%) yang termasuk strategi eksklusi. Enam belas kalimat terbagi atas, sembilan pasivasi, empat nominalisasi, dan tiga pergantian anak kalimat. Selain itu, terdapat 79 aktor sosial (21,29%) dan 89 aksi sosial (23,98%). Aksi sosial tersebut terbagi atas 76 aksi dan tiga belas reaksi. Dalam teks berita “Kronologi Aksi Mahasiswa di DPR Berujung Rusuh Versi Polisi” terdapat dua aktor penting, diantaranya Irjen Gatot Eddy Pramono seorang Kapolda Metro Jaya dan mahasiswa. Aktor Irjen Gatot Eddy Pramono direpresentasikan secara individual dan aktor yang memiliki kekuasaan untuk mengatur aparat kepolisian ketika menghadapi aksi mahasiswa. Hal itu dapat tergambarkan dari dominasi aksi pada aksi sosial yang dilakukannya. Sedangkan mahasiswa direpresentasikan sebagai sosok yang termarjinalkan dalam teks berita tersebut. Dapat terlihat dari penggunaan reaksi pada aksi sosial yang dilakukannya dan kalimat berkonteks negatif.;---Student action on September 24, 2019, became one of the actions of students who have an important history for the Nation of Indonesia. Students throughout Indonesia were present to reject the ratification of the revised Criminal Law Bill (RKUHP) and the revision of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK Law) in front of the house of representatives (DPR)/Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat (MPR). Various national and international news media also reported on this event, one of which was the media cnnindonesia.com. In this study will be discussed more about the representation of social actors in the news of student action September 24, 2019 in the media cnnindonesia.com. This research aims to find out the speech of inclusion and exclusion in accordance with Van Leeuwen's theory with qualitative descriptive research design. In this study, there were 187 sentences (76.32%) inclusion strategy. 187 The sentence is divided into two differentiations, sixteen inferences, three objectencies, eleven nominations, 42 categorizations, 28 determinations, fourteen indeterminations, 48 assimilations, and 23 individualizations. Furthermore, there are sixteen sentences (6.53%) including exclusion strategies. Sixteen sentences are divided into nine sentences, nine passivations, four nominalizations, and three substitutions. In addition, there are 79 social actors (32.24%) and 89 social actions (36.32%). The social action was divided into 76 actions and thirteen reactions. In the news text "Chronology of Student Action in dpr Berujung Rusuh Police Version" there are two important actors, among them Irjen Gatot Eddy Pramono a Metro Jaya Police Chief and a student. Irjen Gatot actor Eddy Pramono is represented individually and actors who have the power to organize police officers when facing student actions. It can be described from the dominance of action on social action that it does. While students are represented as marginalized figures in the text of the news. It can be seen from the use of reactions to social actions that it does and negatively texted sentences.
