Abstract

Abstrak: tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik di SMK PU Negeri Bandung setelah menggunakan google classroom. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi ketika peneliti melakukan program PPLSP (Program Pengenalan Lapangan Satuan Pendidikan) dimana proses pembelajaran dialihkan menggunakan google classroom untuk mengatasi penyebaran wabah covid-19 dan proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara e-learning dirumah masin-masing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ex Post Facto dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas X SMK pekerjaan Umum tahun ajaran 2020 semester genap dengan jumlah 79 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi kelas X TKRO 1 semster genap tahun ajaran 2020 sebanyak 39 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa efektivitas penggunaan google classroom ada pada kategori cukup efektif dilihat dari segi proses pembelajaran dengan nilai respons siswa sebesar (77%) dan hasil nilai siswa sebesar (76.9 % tuntas). Motivasi belajar siswa ada pada kategori sangat memotivasi dengan nilai sebesar (81%). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dengan kategori pembelajaran mencapai cukup efektif, sudah memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Penggunaan google classroom dapat memotivasi belajar siswa karena penggunaan google classroom dirasakan dapat memaksa siswa untuk giat belajar, giat mengerjakan tugas tepat waktu, dan giat untuk membaca-baca materi pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan mata pelajaran tersebut. Kata Kunci: Efektifitas, Motivasi Belajar, Google classroom ABSTRACT:The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness and motivation of student learning on the subject of engneering drawing at SMK PU Negeri Bandung after using google classroom. This research is motivated when the researcher conducts the program PPLSP (Education Unit practice Introduction Program) where the process learning is transferred using google classroom to overcome deployment the covid-19 outbreak and the learning process carried out by e-learning at each home. This research uses the Ex Post Facto method with descriptive analysis quantitative. The population in this research were students of class X SMK occupation General academic year 2020 even semester with a total of 79 students. Taking sample using purposive sampling. The sample in this research are There 39 students of class X TKRO 1 semester even in the 2020 academic year. The result from this research it was found that the effectiveness of using google classroom is at the category is quite effective in terms of the learning process with the value of student responses amounted to (77%) and the student's test score (76.9% complete). And student motivation is in the very motivating category with a value of (81%). This research prove that with the learning category to achieve is quite effective, already motivate students to learn. The use of google classroom can be motivated the student for learning because the use of google classroom is felt to force students to study hard, to work hard on assignments on time, and to read and read hard subject matter related to these subjects.
