Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah minat berwirausaha mahasiswa yang masih rendah, sehingga dampak yang timbulkan yaitu peningkatan jumlah atau angka pengangguran di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran peningkatan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis angkatan 2016 – 2018 Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dengan pendekatan Entrepreneurial Event Modeling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisis deskriptif dengan metode verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket/kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui google form kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis angkatan 2016 – 2018 Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia sebanyak 315 orang yang dijadikan sampel dari 1.477 orang sebagai populasi. Seluruh pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows dan Microsoft excel 2016. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian keberartian koefisien regresi (Uji t) variabel menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel yaitu Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, dan Propensity to Act berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Saran dalam penelitian ini untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu memperluas cakupan penelitian tentang intensi berwirausaha, selain dilihat perceived desirability (keinginan yang dirasakan), perceived feasibility (kelayakan yang dirasakan), dan propensity to act (kecenderungan untuk bertindak). Kata kunci: Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, Propensity to Act, dan Intensi Berwirausaha. The problem in this study is that student interest in entrepreneurship is still low, so the impact that has caused is an increase in the number or unemployment rate in Indonesia. This study aims to find a picture of increasing entrepreneurial intentions of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Education 2016-2018 Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with an Entrepreneurial Event Modeling approach. This study uses descriptive technical analysis with verification methods. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire / questionnaire distributed online via Google forms to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business 2016-2018 class of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia as many as 315 people who were sampled from 1,477 people as a population. All data processing in this study uses IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows and Microsoft Excel 2016 software. Based on the results of testing the significance of the regression coefficient (t test) the variables indicate that each variable, namely Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, and Propensity to Act has a positive effect on student entrepreneurship intentions at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Suggestions in this study for future researchers are to broaden the scope of research on entrepreneurial intentions, in addition to being seen as perceived desirability, perceived feasibility, and propensity to act (tendency to act).
