Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai di Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan kerja fisik (X1), komunikasi internal (X2), dan kinerja pegawai (Y) di Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei ekplanasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala 5 model rating scale. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang pegawai Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian lingkungan kerja fisik dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja diperoleh pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sehingga peningkatan kinerja dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kondusifitas lingkungan kerja fisik dan efektivitas komunikasi internal. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Komunikasi Internal, Kinerja Pegawai This research was conducted at the Office of Highways and Spatial Planning of West Java Province. The problem examined in this study is that the performance of employees in the Department of Highways and Spatial Planning in West Java Province is not yet optimal. This study aims to analyze the physical work environment (X1), internal communication (X2), and employee performance (Y) in Bina Marga Office and Spatial Planning of West Java Province. This research uses explanatory survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a scale of 5 rating scale models. The sample in this study was 70 employees of the Office of Highways and Spatial Planning of West Java Province. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of testing the physical work environment and internal communication on performance obtained a positive and significant effect. So that performance improvement can be done through improving the conducive physical work environment and the effectiveness of internal communication.
