Abstract
Dewasa ini tingkat organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pegawai yang baik menjadi sorotan di organisasi, hal ini karena pegawai akan membuka kesempatan lebih besar bagi kemajuan organisasi. Dalam meningkatkan OCB pegawai, hal yang dapat dilakukan organisasi adalah dengan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan kerja dan gambaran tingkat organizational citizenship behavior pegawai, serta untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB. Analisis dilakukan terhadap pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat yang meberikan pelayanan kepegawaian di Provinsi Jawa Barat, dimana 54 orang pegawai dijadikan sampel penelitian. Adapun dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey eksplanasi atau explanatory survey, dalam penelitian ini juga digunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Dari penelitian ini, didapat kesimpulan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai berada pada tingkat tinggi dan organizational citizenship behavior pegawai berada pada tingkat cukup baik. Selain itu, hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif diantara kedua variabel. Walaupun menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, kedua variabel tersebut harus terus ditingkatkan, baik oleh organisasi maupun oleh pegawai itu sendiri agar tujuan yang ditetapkan organisasi dapat dengan mudah tercapai. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Today’s a good level of organizational citizenship behavior eployees become a highlight in the organization, this is because employees will open open greater opportunities for organizational progress. In improving OCB employees, what an organization can do is to increase employee job satisfaction.. This research was conducted with the intention of knowing the level of job satisfaction and the level of organizational citizenship behavior of employees, and to find out whether there was an effect of job satisfaction on OCB. The analysis was carried out on employees at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat who provide staffing services in West Java Province, where 54 employees were made samples of research. As for the research method used is the method of exploitation or explanatory Survey survey, in this research also used poll as data collection tools. From this research, it can be concluded that employee job satisfaction is at a high level and employee organizational citizenship behavior is at a fairly good level. In addition, the results of the study showed a positive influence between the two variables. Even though it shows good results, these two variables must be continuously improved, both by the organization and by the employees themselves so that the goals set by the organization can be easily achieved.
