Abstract

Pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan atau Continuing Profesional Development (CPD) bagi guru merupakan upaya untuk melakukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang relevan dengan keahlian guru sekolah dasar penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif guru memiliki peran tambahan dalam layanan pendidikan khusus terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus di kelasnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sekolah dasar penye;enggara pendidikan inklusif yaitu SDN 4 Pataruman Garut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian yaitu membuat rumusan program pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan guru sekolah dasar penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif melalui Lesson Study. Hasil penelitian menunjukan identifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan guru di sekolah dasar penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif, yaitu dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka rumusan program CPD model Lesson Study ditekankan pada pengelolaan kelas, penguasaan materi, strategi, metode pembelajaran, penggunaan media pembelajaran. Merancang pembelajaran kolaboratif antara guru kelas dengan guru pendamping khusus, mengembangkan pengetahuan pedagogis pendidikan khusus, mengkaji dan mengembangkan pembelajaran, dan mengkaji proses belajar, perilaku serta hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: CPD, Lesson Study, Inklusif.   CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR INCLUSIVE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS THROUGH LESSON STUDY Putri Handriani 1803345 Special Education Departement, School of Postgraduate Studies Indonesia University of Education ABSTRACT Teacher Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is an effort to improve teachers' knowledge and skills in order to enhance their expertise. In inclusive primary schools, teachers have an additional role in giving more support to students with special needs in their classes. This research was conducted in an inclusive primary school in Pataruman 4 Garut. The research method used in this study was a qualitative approach. The research objective was to make a teacher professional development in inclusive primary schools trough Lesson Study. The results show that the identification of the need for the continuous professional development of teachers in inclusive primary schools is in the learning process. Therefore, the formulation of the continuous professional development program (CPD) of the Lesson Study model emphasizes class management, mastery of the material, strategies, learning methods, use of learning media. Designing collaborative learning between classroom teachers and support teachers, developing special education pedagogies, assessing and developing learning, and assessing the learning process, behavior and also student learning outcomes.
