Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas serta dampak yang diterima dari penggunaan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Untuk Publik (SIMPATIK-JABAR) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam mengelola dokumen perizinan serta pengelolaan arsip dokumen perizinan . Studi dilakukan di Bidang Pelayanan Perizinan Infrastruktur dan Sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap penggunaan aplikasi SIMPATIK-JABAR yang terdiri dari Input, Process, Output, Teknologi, Database, dan Pengendalian. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan memilih pemohon perizinan, dan pengolah yang terlibat dalam penggunaan aplikasi SIMPATIK-JABAR sehingga dapat memberikan informasi yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan aplikasi SIMPATIK-JABAR memberikan dampak yang positif bagi pengguna aplikasi tersebut. Sehingga dalam penggunaan yang dilakukan oleh pemohon dalam mengajukan permohonan perizinan, oleh pengolah dalam memproses permohonan perizinan dan mengelola arsip dokumen perizinan menunjukan bahwa aplikasi SIMPATIK-JABAR memberikan kemudahan melakukan proses pelayanan perizinan bagi para penggunanya. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas Penggunaan Aplikasi, Aplikasi Sistem Informasi, Pengelolaan Arsip The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and impact received from the use of the Licensing Services Public Information Information System (SIMPATIK-JABAR) in the Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Services of West Java Province in managing licensing documents and managing licensing documents. The study was conducted in the Sector of Infrastructure and Social Licensing Services. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out with the observations, interview, and study of documentation on the use of the SIMPATIK-JABAR application consisting of Input, Process, Output, Technology, Database, and Control. The selection of informants is done by selecting the licensing applicant, and the processor involved in using the SIMPATIK-JABAR application so that it can provide information that is consistent with the purpose of the study. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the use of the SIMPATIK-JABAR application has a positive impact on users of the application. So that in the use made by the applicant in submitting a permit application, the processor in processing the permit application and managing the licensing document archives shows that the SIMPATIK-JABAR application makes it easy to carry out the licensing service process for its users.
