Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan program pengabdian masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh perguruan tinggi dengan pemberian pengalaman belajar kepada para mahasiswa tentang pemecahan permasalahan di masyarakat. Salah satu tema yang mengangkat permasalahan lingkungan hidup yaitu KKN Tematik Citarum Harum Multihelix. Rendahnya keterlibatan warga negara menjadi faktor penghambat percepatan pengendalian pencemaran Sungai Citarum. Padahal keterlibatan disertai dengan kesadaran dan tanggung jawab memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program KKN Tematik Citarum Harum Multihelix terhadap peningkatan keterlibatan warga negara dengan menggunakan pengujian analisis data dan konsep derajat partisipasi dari Arnstein. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan pengamatan secara langsung dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa program KKN Tematik memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan civic engagement masyarakat di Kota Bandung. Dengan model persamaan regresi linear sederhana yang diberikan yaitu Y = 0,275 + 0,835 X yang berarti bahwa pelaksanaan program KKN Tematik berkontribusi sebesar 0,835 dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan warga negara. Sedangkan, keterlibatan warga negara di Kota Bandung masih berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 62,60% dan berada pada tingkatan consultation yang menandakan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat masih di dominasi oleh pihak-pihak dari kalangan kelurahan. Namun, peranan masyarakat luas sudah mulai terlihat untuk mencoba berinisiatif hadir dalam program KKN Tematik Citarum Harum Multihelix. Community service program are a community service conducted by college with students' learning experiences about problem solving in the community. One of the themes that about environmental problems is the Multihelix Citarum Harum Thematic Community Service Program. Low citizen engagement may be a factor contributing to the increased control of the citarum river pollution. Whereas involvement with awareness and responsibility has profound impact on communities and neighborhoods. Based on this, the study is aimed at recognizing the impact of thematic community service program on increasing citizen engagement by using testing data analysis and concept participation degrees from Arnstein. The research approach used is quantitative using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are done with direct distribution of questionnaires and observations by hypothetical testing using simple linear regression tests. The results of the data processing show that the thematic community service program extended the civic engagement of people in Bandung. With a simple linear regression equation model provided by Y = 0.275 + 0.835 X which means that performing of thematic community service program contributes by 0.835 to enhance civic engagement. On the other, the degree of participation of people fall of ladder consultation the tokenism category, which means that people know information and benefit from the activity and have a desire to attend.
