Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan LKS model PBL berbasis STEM untuk membangun kreativitas siswa kelas XI pada pembuatan penjernih air berbahan alam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini dilakukan ketika keadaaan sedang pandemi sehingga hanya dilakukan uji coba terbatas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah LKS model PBL berbasis STEM. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu instrumen penilaian uji kelayakan internal, instrumen penilaian uji kelayakan eksternal dan instrumen penilaian kelayakan berdasarkan tinjauan TCOF. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3 orang dosen pendidikan kimia, 2 orang guru kimia yang berkompeten sebagai penilai, 1 orang penilai TCOF dan 3 orang siswa SMA yang dipilih berdasarkan jarak tempat tinggal siswa sehingga penelitian dapat dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Hasil penilaian uji kelayakan internal memperoleh persentase 86,22% dengan kategori sangat baik, hasil penilaian uji kelayakan eksternal memperoleh persentase 86% dengan kategori sangat baik, dan hasil penilaian kelayakan LKS berdasarkan tinjauan TCOF memperoleh hasil penilaian sebesar 2.75 dengan kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian, maka LKS model PBL berbasis STEM dalam pembuatan penjernih air berbahan alam layak digunakan untuk membangun kreativitas siswa. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research and for the design is research and development. This research was conducted during pandemic, so that only limited trials were carried out. The subject of this research is of STEM-based PBL model worksheet. The research instruments used were the internal due diligence assessment instrument, the external due diligence assessment instrument and the feasibility assessment instrument based on the TCOF review. Participants in this study were 3 lecturers of chemistry education, 2 competent chemistry teachers as assessors, 1 TCOF assessor and 3 high school students who were selected based on the distance from where the students lived so that the research could be carried out with due regard to health protocols. The results of the internal feasibility test were 86,22% in the very good category, the results of the external feasibility test were 86% in the very good category, and the results of the LKS feasibility assessment based on the TCOF review obtained an assessment result of 2.75 with the high category. Based on the results of the assessment, the STEM-based PBL model worksheets to build creativity XIth student in making natural based water purifiers.
