Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh layanan Digital Asset Management yang belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh pemustaka. Pemustaka yang mengetahui keberadaan layanan Digital Asset Management cenderung hanya memanfaatkan untuk mengetahui keberadaan bahan koleksi tercetak berada dimana, belum dapat mencapai tahap pemanfaatan koleksi digital yang terdapat pada layanan Digital Asset Management. Pemanfaatan yang belum maksimal inilah berkaitan dengan kompetensi digital pemustaka. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan layanan Digital Asset Management dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital pemustaka, sedangkan secara khusus yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan, pengelolaan, kualitas layanan, serta faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pemanfaatan layanan Digital Asset Management dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital pemustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan layanan Digital Asset Management dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital pemustaka berada pada kategori baik. Secara khusus hasil penelitian ini pada dimensi pengelolaan layanan memiliki presentase sebesar 75,31%, kualitas layanan memiliki presentase 74,21%, faktor-faktor pemanfaatan memiliki presentase 71,75%, serta tingkat pemanfaatan layanan yang memiliki presentase 64,12%. Artinya, keempat dimensi berada dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci: Digital Asset Management, Kompetensi Digital, Pemanfaatan Layanan --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This research is motivated by Digital Asset Management services that have not been fully utilized by users. Users who know the existence of Digital Asset Management services tend to only use it to find out where the collection are, have not been able to reach the stage of utilizing digital collections contained in the Digital Asset Management service. This inadequate utilization is related to the digital competence of the user. In general, the purpose of this reseach is to know the utilization of Digital Asset Management services to improving the digital competence of users, while spesifically to know the extent of utilize, management, the quality of services, and the factors that can influences the utilization of Digital Asset management services to improving the digital competence of users.This research used quantitative approach with descriptive method. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with 100 sample. Data collection technique used is by questionnaries. Based on the result of this research, the utilization of Digital Asset Management services to improving the digital competence of users is in a good category. Spesifically, the result of research on the services management dimension had a percentage of 75,31%, the quality of services had a percentage of 74,21%, and the factors of utilization had a percentage of 71,75%, and the extent of utilize had a percentage of 64,12%. That is four dimensions are in a good category.
