Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menerapkan pembelajaran tari Tre’bang Randu Kentir dengan model saintifik untuk meningkatkan kreativitas gerak siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahapan yaitu mengkaji tari Tre’bang Randu Kentir dengan menggunakan teori Etnokoreologi, dan penerapan model saintifik pada pembelajaran tari Tre’bang Randu Kentir. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma penelitian mix method dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil kajian tari Tre’bang Randu Kentir menunjukkan aspek yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai stimulus proses kreatif gerak siswa meliputi teks gerak, sejarah, musik dan rias serta busana. Penelitian ini menghasilkan peningkatan pada aspek kreativitas gerak siswa dilihat dari tahapan proses kreatif yaitu melihat, menghayati, mengkhayalkan, mengejewantahkan dan memberi bentuk. Dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan data pretest dan posttest siswa dengan uji T sebesar 21,42 yang lebih besar dari pada nilai T tabel sebesar 1,895. Kata kunci : Kreativitas gerak, tari Tre’bang Randu Kentir, model saintifik. SCIENTIFIC MODEL IMPLEMENTATION ON TRE’BANG RANDU KENTIR DANCE TEACHING TO IMPROVE THE MOVEMENT CREATIVITY STUDENT AT SMPN 2 SINDANG INDRAMAYU ABSTRACT The research conducted aimed to study and apply the Tre’bang Randu Kentir dance learning with a scientific model to improve students’ creativity. This study consisted of two stages, including examining the Tre’bang Randu Kentir dance using Ethnochoreological theory and the application of a scientific model in the Tre’bang Randu Kentir dance learning. This study used a mixed method research paradigm with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the study of the Tre’bang Randu Kentir dance show that aspects that can be used as a stimulus for the creative process of students’ movements include motion text, history, music, make-up, and clothing. This research resulted in an increase in the creativity aspect of students’ movements seen from the stages of the creative process, including seeing, living, imagining, embodying, and giving shape. This was evidenced by the results of the calculation of the students’ pretest and posttest data using a T-test of 21.42 which was greater than the value of the T table of 1.895.
