Abstract
Kebutuhan akan pengembangan kreativitas merupakan isu yang sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru kurang memberikan kebebasan kepada siswa untuk berperilaku kreatif dalam memecahkan suatu masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan teknik sinektik dalam bimbingan klasikal untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa kelas VII bilingual SMP Negeri 4 Bandung tahun ajaran 2012-2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Quasi eksperimental dengan desain pretest-posttest yang tidak ekuivalen. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII bilingual yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIIB sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t independen untuk mengetahui perbedaan data hasil pretest-postest antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) profil kreativitas siswa pada dimensi pribadi kreatif berada pada kategori sedang, (2) proses penerapan teknik sinektik sesuai dengan tahapan terbentuknya kreativitas, (3) teknik sinektik dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan bagi pihak-pihak terkait yaitu: guru BK, sekolah, dan peneliti selanjutnya. Abstract
The need for the development of creativity is a very important issue in education. However, the reality on the ground shows that the teacher is not giving students the freedom to act creatively in solving a problem. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application techniques synectics in guidance classical to enhance the creativity students of class VII bilingual Junior High School 4 Bandung year 2012-2013. The method used is the method of Quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest are not equivalent. Subjects in the study were students of class VII (seventh grade) bilingual consisting of two classes, namely VII A as an experiment class and the control class VII B. Analysis techniques using an independent t test to determine differences in pretest-posttest outcome between experiment and control groups. The results are as follows: (1) profile the creativity of students in the personal dimension of creative middle category, (2) the application of techniques synectics according to the stages of the formation of the creativity, (3) techniques synectics can enhance students creativity. Based on the findings, recommendations intended for research related parties as follows: Counselor, schools, and further research. Keywords: Techniques Synectic, Guidance Classical, Creativity.
