Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen diagnosis kesehatan penganggaran diklat, serta untuk mengetahui gambaran kesehatan penganggaran di lembaga diklat. Adapun permasalahan manajemen pendidikan saat ini dilihat dari penganggaran pendidikan, banyaknya lembaga pendidikan tidak memahami bagaimana kondisi kesehatan penganggaran, dan bagaimana melakukan penyehatan penganggaran salah satunya di lembaga diklat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun jumlah populasi yang ada dalam penelitian ini sebesar 278 dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 165. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling dengan perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane atau Slovin, sehingga responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 167. Melihat dari jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebesar 167 maka r tabel yang di dapat sebesar 0.1277 dan uji reliabilitas yang di dapat sebesar 0.933. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan penganggaran di PPPPTK BMTI, PPPPTK IPA, dan PPPPTK TK dan PLB berada pada posisi “sehat”, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga lembaga diklat tersebut telah melaksanakan kegiatan penganggaran di lembaga diklat sesuai dengan instrumen diagnosis kesehatan penganggaran di lembaga diklat yang diisi oleh responden sesuai dengan perhitungan kecenderungan rata-rata Weight Mean Score dengan total keseluruhan rata-rata dimensi sebesar 3.34 atau sebesar 83.56 dengan skor yang telah dikonversikan dengan skala 1-100 (kategori sehat). Kata Kunci : Instrumen, Kesehatan, Penganggaran ABSTRACK The main objective of this study is to develop a health diagnostic instrument for training budgeting, as well as to discover the health description of budgeting in training institutes. As for the current education management issues are determined by education budgeting, many educational institutes do not comprehend as to how the health conditions of budgeting are, and how to carry out budgeting restructuring, one of which is in the training institute. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The total population is 278, and the number of samples is 165. This study used a proportional stratified random sampling technique with a sample calculation, using the Taro Yamane or Slovin formula. Accordingly, the number of respondents in this study is equal to 167. The r table obtained is equal to 0.1277, while the reliability test obtained is 0.933. Based on the data results, it indicates that the health of budgeting in PPPPTK BMTI, PPPPTK IPA, and PPPPTK TK and PLB is in a "healthy" category. It is also supported by the fact that the three training institutes have well-implemented the budgeting activities in training institutes according to the budgeting health diagnostic instrument filled in by the respondents based on the calculation of the tendency of the average Weight Mean Score, with a total average dimension of 3.34 or equal to 83.56 after converted to a scale of 1-100 (healthy category).
