Abstract

Perekrutan tenaga kerja oleh perusahaan saat ini lebih mengutamakan employability skills daripada kemampuan hard skills. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) harus meningkatkan kualitas siswa dalam mempersiapkan tenaga kerja tingkat menengah yang terampil melalui pelaksanaan technopark. Technopark tidak hanya melengkapi kompetensi siswa, tapi mengembangkan karakter dan sikap kerja seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, jujur, kerjasama, dan kepemimpinan yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia usaha maupun dunia industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pelaksanaan program technopark olahan perikanan SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon; 2) mengetahui keikutsertaan siswa dalam technopark olahan perikanan SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon; 3) mengetahui tingkat employability skills siswa kelas XII APHPi SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon; 4) mengetahui pengaruh keikutsertaan siswa dalam technopark terhadap tingkat employability skills siswa APHPi SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon; 5) Mengetahui perbedaan employability skills siswa kelas XII APHPi SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon yang mengikuti program technopark dan yang tidak mengikuti technopark. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas XII APHPi SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon dan pengelola technopark olahan perikanan SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebar menggunakan google form. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) pelaksanaan technopark olahan perikanan berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 81%; 2) keikutsertaan siswa dalam technopark olahan perikanan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase 84%; 3) employability skills siswa non technopark berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan employability skills siswa technopark berada pada kategori sangat tinggi; 4) terdapat pengaruh keikutsertaan siswa dalam technopark olahan perikanan terhadap employability skills siswa kelas XII APHPi SMKN 1 Mundu; 5) Terdapat perbedaan employability skills pada siswa kelas XII APHPi SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon ditinjau dari keikutsertaan siswa dalam technopark olahan perikanan. Employment recruitment by companies currently prioritizes employability skills rather than hard skills abilities. Vocational High Schools (VHS) must improve the quality of students in preparing a skilled middle-level workforce through the implementation of technoparks. Technopark not only complements student competencies, but develops character and work attitudes such as discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, and leadership that are needed by the business world and the industrial world. This study aims to 1) determine the implementation of the technopark program for processed fisheries at SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon; 2) knowing the participation of students in the processed fisheries technopark SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon; 3) knowing the level of employability skills of class XII APHPi students at SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon; 4) knowing the effect of student participation in technopark on the employability skills of APHPi students at SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon; 5) Knowing the difference in the employability skills of class XII APHPi students of SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon who took the technopark program and those who did not take the technopark. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The samples of this study were students of class XII APHPi SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon for the 2019/2020 academic year and the manager of the processed fisheries technopark at SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon. The data collection technique is done through a questionnaire that is distributed using google form. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis and the Mann Whitney U Test. The results showed that 1) the implementation of processed fisheries technopark was in a good category with a percentage of 81%; 2) student participation in processed fisheries technopark is in the very high category with a percentage of 84%; 3) The employability skills of non-technopark students are in the high category, while the employability skills of technopark students are in the very high category; 4) there is an effect of student participation in processed fisheries technopark on the employability skills of class XII APHPi SMKN 1 Mundu students; 5) There are differences in employability skills in class XII APHPi students of SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon in terms of student participation in processed fisheries technopark.
