Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Instrumen Diagnosis Kesehatan Evaluasi Program Kerja Perguruan Tinggi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung”. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan penelitian dari tahun sebelumnya, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan instrumen untuk mendiagnosis kesehatan evaluasi program kerja di perguruan tinggi serta dapat menggambarkan kondisi kesehatan evaluasi program kerja perguruan tinggi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia khususnya di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling dengan Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner tertutup melalui google form yang disebar kepada 9 departemen/prodi yang ada di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua departemen/prodi dan dosen di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Pengujian instrumen ini dilakukan melalui tahap uji konstruk dengan dosen ahli (judgement expert), uji validitas, serta uji reliabilitas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS) dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS versi 23.0 for Windows. Temuan dari hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu 8 departemen/prodi berada dalam kategori sehat dengan rentang skor 70-84, sedangkan 1 departemen/prodi berada dalam kategori kurang sehat dengan rentang skor 50-69. Secara keseluruhan departemen/prodi di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia memiliki skor 72,61 berada dalam kategori sehat dengan rentang skor 70-84. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa kesehatan evaluasi program kerja perguruan tinggi di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dinyatakan sehat (terbebas dari penyakit organisasi). This research is a research development from the previous year, the aim of this research is to develop an instrument to diagnose the health of the evaluation of higher work programs and to describe the health conditions of the evaluation of higher education work programs at the Indonesia University of Education, especially in the Faculty of Education. The method in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was Probability Sampling with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. While the data collection technique was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires via google form which were distributed to 9 departments / study programs in the Faculty of Education, Indonesia University of Education,. The population in this study were the heads of departments / study programs and lecturers at the Faculty of Education, Indonesia University of Education. The testing instrument is carried out through the construct stage test with expert lecturers (judgment expert), validity testing, and reliability testing. Data analysis in this study used the calculation of the Weight Mean Score (WMS) with the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The findings from the results of data processing showed that the results of the study were 8 departments / study programs were in the healthy category with a score range of 70-84, while 1 department / study program was in the less healthy category with a score of 50-69. Overall, the department / study program at the Faculty of Education, Indonesia University of Education, has a score of 72.61 in the healthy category with a score range of 70-84. Based on the results of the study, the evaluation of higher education work programs at the Faculty of Education, Indonesia University of Education, is declared healthy (free from organizational disease).
