Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengembangan Instrumen Diagnosis Kesehatan Pengorganisasian Sumber Daya Sekolah” bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen diagnosis kesehatan pengorganisasian sumber daya sekolah. Instrumen tersebut dapat mengukur tingkat kesehatan sekolah, sehingga praktisi sekolah dapat mengetahui apakah pengorganisasian sumber daya sekolah di lembaga sekolah tersebut sudah termasuk dalam kategori sehat atau malah sebaliknya tidak sehat. Melalui tahap uji konstruk dengan dosen ahli Departemen Administrasi Pendidikan Partisipan penenlitian ini adalah praktisi sekolah yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf tata usaha di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri dan Swasta se-Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penenlitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan skala likert dan perhitungan menggunakan Weight Mean Score (WMS) maka, secara keseluruhan kesehatan pengorganisasian sumber daya sekolah di Sekolah menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri dan Swasta se-Kabupaten Purwakarta dalam kategori “Sangat Sehat”, dua diantara empat dimensi dalam instrumen tersebut dalam kategori “Kurang Sehat”, hal tersebut memerlukan upaya tindaklanjut penyehatan pengorganisasian sumber daya sekolah agar sekolah tersebut dapat meningkat pada kategori sekolah sehat. This study entitled "Development of a School Resource Organizing Health Diagnosis Instrument" aims to develop a health diagnosis instrument for organizing school resources. This instrument can measure the level of school health, so that school practitioners can find out whether the organization of school resources in the school institution is included in the healthy category or is otherwise unhealthy. Through the construct test stage with expert lecturers of the Department of Educational Administration. Participants in this study were school practitioners consisting of school principals, teachers, and administrative staff in Public and Private Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Purwakarta Regency. This research uses descriptive methods and a quantitative approach, using a Likert scale and calculations using the Weight Mean Score (WMS), so the overall health of school resource organization in State and Private Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Purwakarta is in the category of "Very Healthy. ", Two of the four dimensions in the instrument are in the category of" Unhealthy ", this requires follow-up efforts to improve the organization of school resources so that these schools can increase in the category of healthy schools.
