Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Kesehatan Perencanaan Program Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Se-Kabupaten Purwakarta”. Secara umum penelitian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk menganalisis instrumen diagnosa kesehatan perencanaan program sekolah, mengetahui gambaran kesehatan perencanaan program sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri dan Swasta se- Kabupaten Purwakarta dan tindak lanjut hasil diagnosis kesehatan perencanaan program sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Instrumen diagnosis kesehatan perencanaan program sekolah terdiri dari tiga dimensi yakni masukan perencanaan, proses perencanaan dan hasil perencanaan. Adapun teknik analisis pada instrument ini yaitu uji kontruks dengan dosen ahli, uji konstruk dengan responden, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan Weight Mean Score. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 2 orang ahli administrasi pendidikan (dosen), 102 orang kepala sekolah, 317 orang guru dan 135 orang tata usaha yang tersebar di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri dan Swasta se-Kabupaten Purwakarta. Terdapat 34 item dalam instrumen diagnosis kesehatan perencanaan pogram sekolah yang diisi oleh setiap responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa output dari penelitian ini berupa instrumen diagnosis kesehatan perencanaan program sekolah yang sudah dikembangkan dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur penelitian dan alat ukur untuk mendiagnosa kesehatan perencanaan program sekolah. Gambaran kesehatan perencanaan program sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri dan Swasta se-Kabupaten Purwakarta secara keseluruhan menghasilkan nilai 3.57 yang apabila dikonversikan dalam rentang skor 1-100 yaitu 89.28 dan termasuk kategori sangat sehat. Hal ini berarti bahwa fungsi perencanaan program sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Swasta se-Kabupaten Purwakarta terbebas dari penyakit dan memiliki kesiapan dalam melaksanakan perencanaan program sekolah. This research is entitled "Health Analysis of School Program Planning in Junior High Schools throughout Purwakarta Regency". In general, this research was carried out aimed at analyzing health diagnostic instruments for school program planning, knowing the health picture of school program planning in State and Private Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Purwakarta and follow-up on the results of health diagnosis in school program planning. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The health diagnosis instrument for school program planning consists of three dimensions, namely planning input, planning process and planning results. The analysis techniques used in this instrument are construction test with expert lecturers, construct test with respondents, validity test, reliability test and Weight Mean Score. Participants in this study were 2 educational administration experts (lecturers), 102 school principals, 317 teachers and 135 administrators spread across State and Private Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Purwakarta Regency. There were 34 items in the school program planning health diagnosis instrument that were filled in by each respondent. Based on the research results, the researchers concluded that the output of this study was in the form of a school program planning health diagnosis instrument that has been developed and can be used as a research measurement tool and a measuring tool to diagnose the health of school program planning. The health picture of school program planning in State and Private Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Purwakarta Regency as a whole resulted in a score of 3.57 which was in the very healthy category. This means that the planning function of school programs in State and Private SMP throughout Purwakarta Regency is free from disease and has readiness to carry out school program planning.
