Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Instrumen Diagnosis Kesehatan Evaluasi Program di Lembaga Diklat”. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 19 orang Kepala (Eselon II, III, IV) dan 148 orang Staff, yang terhimpun dari 70 orang dari PPPPTK IPA, 41 orang PPPPTK TK&PLB, dan 56 PPPPTK BMTI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat instrumen diagnosis kesehatan evaluasi program di lembaga diklat serta yang nantinya dapat mengatasi masalah kebingungan praktisi pendidikan dalam menganalisis evaluasi program dikatakan sehat atau sakit. Pembuatan instrumen kesehatan evaluasi program di lembaga diklat melalui empat tahap, yakni (1) kajian penelitian terdahulu, (2) uji konstruk, (3) uji validitas, dan (4) uji reliabilitas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikonversikan dalam link google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa instrumen diagnosis kesehatan evaluasi program diklat yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk mendiagnosa kesehatan evaluasi program yang ada di lembaga diklat. Adapun uji kegunaan instrumen yang dilakukan di lembaga diklat menunjukan hasil bahwa kesehatan evaluasi program di PPPPTK IPA menunjukan kategori “Sehat” dengan nilai 84,93. PPPPTK TK&PLB dengan nilai 88 dan PPPPTK BMTI dengan nilai 86,04 menunjukan bahwa kesehatan evaluasi program keduanya berkategori “Sangat Sehat”. Maknanya PPPPTK IPA, PPPPTK TK&PLB, dan PPPPTK BMTI melaksanakan kegiatan evaluasi program sesuai dengan dimensi penelitian, yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan tahapan pelaporan. A considerable amount of participants are gathered, consisting of 70 participants from PPPPTK IPA, 41 from PPPPTK TK & PLB, and 56 from PPPPTK BMTI. The study applies a descriptive study method with a quantitative approach. It also uses a health diagnostic instrument to anticipate confusion and solve issues among educational practitioners in analyzing the evaluation program. Accordingly, the author identifies them into two categories: Healthy and unhealthy. Forming an evaluation program health instrument in the training institute goes through four stages: previous research studies, test constructions, validity tests, and reliability tests. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that later on converted into a google form link. The result has proven that the instrument substantiates the measuring tool to diagnose the health of the evaluation program in the training institute. The instrument of usability testing illustrates the health evaluation program at PPPPTK IPA falls under a "Healthy" category scoring 84.93 as the lowest. Meanwhile, PPPPTK TK & PLB scoring 88 as the highest, followed by PPPPTK BMTI scoring 86.04. The scores indicate that they are both under a "Very Healthy" category. The study advances the idea that the three institutes have implemented the evaluation program activities according to the research dimensions: the preparation stage, implementation stage, and reporting stage.
