Abstract

ABSTRAK Aji Wahyu Nugraha (2020). Rancang Bangun Media Pembelajaran Komponen Pengendali Motor Listrik Berbasis Unity 5 di SMKN 4 Bandung. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Unity 5 untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik pada mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik kompetensi dasar memahami prinsip kerja komponen pengendali motor listrik kelas XI. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan, dengan model ADDIE. Model ini memiliki lima tahapan: Analysis (analisis) yang terdiri dari identifikasi materi pelajaran dan analisis permasalahan; Design (desain) meliputi rancangan tampilan halaman melalui storyboard dan rancangan struktur menu; Development (pengembangan) meliputi pembuatan media yang telah dirangcang; Tahap selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian kelayakan produk kepada ahli media pembelajaran yang terdiri dari dosen dan guru mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik serta peserta didik kelas XI jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik sebagai pengguna media, Implementation (implementasi) yaitu melakukan implementasi kepada peserta didik kelas XI TITL sebagai pengguna media dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Pre-Experimental jenis One-Shot Case, Evaluation (evaluasi) yaitu melakukan evaluasi hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis Unity 5 pada materi Komponen Pengendali Motor Listrik yang layak digunakan. Berdasarkan uji kepada ahli diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 81.14% dan pengujian kepada peserta didik diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 82.65%. sehingga media yang dibuat termasuk ke dalam kategori “layak digunakan”. Design and Development of Learning Media for The Components of The Electric Motor Controller Based on Unity 5 in SMKN 4 Bandung. This research developed Unity 5 based learning media to improve student’s understanding of electric motor installation subject, with basic competence to understand the working principle of the electric motor controller component in IX grade. ADDIE Model is used as a research and development approach, which has five stages: Analysis, consist of subject identification and problem analysis; Design, includes page display through storyboard and menu structure design; Development, covers the process of making learning media that has been designed and learning media feasibility testing by experts, consist of lecturers and teachers of electric motor installation subject, also grade XI students majoring in Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL) as media users; Implementation, the process of implementing learning media to students as users using Pre-Experimental, One-Shot Case type; Evaluation, evaluating the results of the learning media development as a whole. Based on testing by experts with an average score of 81,14% and students as users with an average score of 82,65%, Unity 5 based learning media product that resulted from this research on electric motor installation subject is categorized as feasible to use.
