Abstract

Era disrupsi merupakan perubahan yang terjadi secara mendasar pada setiap aspek kehidupan tidak terkecuali pada bidang pendidikan. Kurikulum 2013 merupakan upaya pemerintah mengatasi tantangan pendidikan di era disrupsi. Pada penerapannya guru memegang peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum melalui berbagai strategi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model strategi guru SMKN 4 Bandung dalam menerapkan kurikulum di era disrupsi dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 22 guru jurusan Teknik Elektronika Audio Dan Video. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Model strategi perencanaan pembelajaran guru SMKN 4 Bandung dalam menerapkan kurikulum di era disrupsi dapat dikategorikan sangat baik (98,6%). (2) Model strategi pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru SMKN 4 Bandung dalam menerapkan kurikulum di era disrupsi dapat dikategorikan sangat baik (99,6%). (3) Model strategi evaluasi pembelajaran guru SMKN 4 Bandung dalam menerapkan kurikulum di era disrupsi dapat dikategorikan sangat baik (87,49%). Disruption era is a fundamentally change that occure in every sector, including in education.The 2013 curriculum is the government's effort to overcome the challenges of education in an era of disruption. In its implementation, the teacher has an important role in implementing the curriculum through learning strategies. This study aims to determine the strategy model of SMKN 4 Bandung teachers in implementing the curriculum in the era of disruption in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a survey method. The subjects in this study were 22 teachers majoring in Teknik Elektronika Audio and Video. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the percentage. The results showed that (1) The learning planning strategy model of SMKN 4 Bandung teachers in implementing the curriculum in the era of disruption can be categorized as very good (98.6%). (2) The strategy model for the implementation of teaching and learning for SMKN 4 Bandung teachers in implementing the curriculum in the era of disruption can be categorized as very good (99.6%). (3) The learning evaluation strategy model of SMKN 4 Bandung teachers in implementing the curriculum in the era of disruption can be categorized as very good (87.49%).
