Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini bahwa pelatihan kerajinan sulam di Sekolah Ibu walaupun sudah berjalan cukup lama, akan tetapi belum memiliki program pelatihan yang terstruktur dan sistematis. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pengembangan program pelatihan yang mengacu pada komponen program Pendidikan Masyarakat maupun Permendikbud. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangkan program pelatihan kerajinan sulam menggunakan teknik beadpoint stitch di Sekolah Ibu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model PPE (Planning, Production, dan Evaluation). Program pelatihan yang dikembangkan terdiri dari komponen identitas program, tujuan, metodologi, materi, skenario, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil expert judgment mengenai program pelatihan kerajinan sulam dengan teknik beadpoint stitch berada pada kriteria sangat layak, dari segi struktur program sudah mengakomodasi komponen yang diharapkan serta materi yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sasaran pelatihan. Keunggulan dari program pelatihan ini yaitu memiliki komponen program yang lengkap dan keteknikan sulaman yang berbeda. Rekomendasi untuk pengelola program, hendaknya program pelatihan kerajinan sulam dengan teknik beadpoint stitch dapat dijadikan panduan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan agar kegiatan pelatihan lebih terarah sehingga memperoleh hasil yang optimal. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Program Pelatihan, Kerajinan Sulam, Beadpoint Stitch. The problem in this study is that although the craft training in Sekolah Ibu has been running for a long time, it has not had a structured and systematic training program yet. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the training programs that refer to the components of the Community Education and Permendikbud programs. The research objective is to develop the training program for embroidery craft with beadpoint stitch technique in Sekolah Ibu. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation) models. The training program which is developed consists of components of program identity, objectives, methodology, materials, scenarios, and evaluation of activities. The results of expert judgment regarding embroidery craft training programs with beadpoint stitch technique are in highly proper criteria in terms of the program structure, it has accommodated the expected components and the developed materials are in accordance with the needs of the training objectives. The advantage of this training program is that it has a complete program component and different embroidery technique. The recommendations for the program managers are that the training programs for embroidery crafts with beadpoint stitch technique can be used as a guide for the implementation of training activities so that the training activities will be more well-organized so the optimal results can be obtained.
