Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana merupakan penunjang yang sangat penting untuk dapat terlaksananya pendidikan yang bermutu. Kondisi bangunan, luas lahan, ruang kelas, laboratorium dan perpustakaan sebagai contohnya dapat mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini akan berakibat kepada standar kompetensi lulusan nantinya. Namun berdasarkan data yang ada masih terdapat Lembaga pendidikan yang belum memenuhi standar sarana dan prasarana. Hal ini disebabkan oleh terbatasnya biaya yang dimilik Lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat memenuhi standar sarana dan prasarana, khususnya untuk penambahan luas lahan dan luas bangunan Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang berada di Kecamatan Batununggal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan 3 objek penelitian, dengan kesimpulan (1) Biaya yang diperlukan pada SMPN 4 Bandung untuk pemenuhan luas lahan adalah sebesar Rp 10.564.455.000,00,- dan untuk pemenuhan luas bangunan adalah sebesar Rp 1.226.897.456,- (2) Biaya yang diperlukan pada SMPN 20 Bandung untuk pemenuhan luas lahan adalah sebesar Rp 2.315.395.000,- dan untuk pemenuhan luas bangunan adalah sebesar Rp 743.100.368,- (3) Biaya yang diperlukan pada SMPN 31 Bandung untuk pemenuhan luas lahan adalah sebesar Rp 1.636.875.000,- dan untuk pemenuhan luas bangunan adalah sebesar Rp 572.299.986,-. Untuk dapat memenuhi standar sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, sekolah dapat melakukan Kerjasama dengan masyarakat agar dapat menggunakan fasilitas pembelajaran yang tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh sekolah Facilities and infrastructure are very important support for the implementation of quality education. Building conditions, land area, classrooms, laboratories and libraries for example can affect the teaching and learning process. This will result in the competency standards of graduates later. However, based on the data, there are still educational institutions that do not meet the standard of facilities and infrastructure. This is due to the limited costs of educational institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of costs required to meet the standard of facilities and infrastructure, especially for the addition of land area and building area for junior high schools in Batununggal Sub-District. The research method used is a qualitative research method with 3 research objects, with the conclusion (1) the cost required at SMPN 4 Bandung to fulfill the land area is IDR 10,564,455,000.00 and for the fulfillment of the building area is IDR 1,226,897,456 , - (2) The cost required at SMPN 20 Bandung for the fulfillment of the land area is IDR 2,315,395,000 and for the fulfillment of the building area is IDR 743,100,368 (3) The costs required at SMPN 31 Bandung to fulfill the area land is IDR 1,636,875,000 and the building area is IDR 572,299,986. To be able to meet the standards of educational facilities and infrastructure, schools can also collaborate with the community so that they can use learning facilities that cannot be fulfilled by the school.
