Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran teaching factory produksi yoghurt di SMKN PP Cianjur telah dilaksanakan selama satu tahun enam bulan, tetapi belum menggunakan instrumen penilaian spesifik yang mampu menunjukkan hasil pembelajaran di teaching factory berbasis kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam kegiatan memproduksi yoghurt. Atas dasar ini perlu dilakukan pengembangan instrumen penilaian kinerja pada pembelajaran teaching factory. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan instrumen penilaian kinerja pada pembelajaran teaching factory produksi yoghurt di SMKN PP Cianjur dan mengetahui kelayakan instrumen penilaian kinerja pada pembelajaran teaching factory produksi yoghurt di SMKN PP Cianjur. Instrumen penilaian kinerja dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap yakni 1) analisis, 2) desain, 3) pengembangan, 4) implementasi, dan 5) evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan instrumen penilaian kinerja dirancang sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum berbasis SKKNI untuk menunjang pencapaian kompetensi yang harus dimiliki peserta didik. Selain itu, pada validasi instrumen penilaian kinerja pada pembelajaran teaching factory dari ahli materi diperoleh “sangat layak” dan hasil validasi manager/ penanggung jawab teaching factory diperoleh “sangat layak”. Guru memberikan respon positif terhadap instrumen penilaian kinerja pada pembelajaran teaching factory dengan diperoleh “sangat layak”. Hasil penilaian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian kinerja sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan produksi yoghurt teaching factory. Kata Kunci : Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja, Teaching Factory, Yoghurt The implementation of teaching factory learning for yogurt production in SMKN PP Cianjur has been carried out for one year and six months but has not used specific assessment instruments that are able to show the learning outcomes in the teaching factory based on competencies needed in producing yogurt. It is necessary to develop a performance appraisal instrument in teaching factory learning. This study aims to determine the development of performance appraisal instruments in the teaching factory yoghurt production of SMKN PP Cianjur and to determine the appropriateness of the performance appraisal instruments in learning of teaching factory yogurt production. The performance appraisal instrument was developed using the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The results showed that the development of performance appraisal instruments was designed to appropriate with the demands of the SKKNI-based curriculum to support the achievement of competencies that students must have. The validation of performance appraisal instruments on teaching factory learning from material experts was obtained "very feasible" and the results of the manager's validation of teaching factory were obtained "very feasible". The teacher gave a positive response to the performance appraisal instruments on teaching factory learning by obtaining "very eligible". The results of the assessment indicate that performance appraisal instruments are very feasible to be used in teaching factory yogurt production activities.
