Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Intrumen Diagnosis Kesehatan Evaluasi Program Kerja Sekolah” Partisipan peneliian ini adalah 3 orang ahli manajemen pendidikan (dosen), 101 Kepala Sekolah, 319 Guru, 135 Staff Tata Usaha yang tersebar di Sekolah Menengah Pertama se – Kabupaten Purwakarta. Secara umum tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis intrumen diagnosa kesehatan evaluasi program kerja sekolah , dan mengetahui gambaran kesehatan evaluasi program kerja sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama se – Kabupaten Purwakarta dan tindak lanjut hasil diagnosis kesehatan evaluasi program kerja sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa instrumen diagnosis kesehatan evaluasi program kerja sekolah yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk mendiagnosa kesehatan evaluasi program kerja sekolah. Intrumen terdiri dari 3 dimensi perencanaan (input) evaluasi, pelaksanaan (proses) evaluasi, pelaporan (output) evaluasi. hasil perhitungan Weight Mean Score menunjukan bahwa kondisi kesehatan evaluasi program kerja sekolah Sangat Sehat dengan skor rata-rata 85, 48. Artinya bahwa fungsi evaluasi program kerja sekolah memiliki kondisi bebas dari penyakit sehingga memiliki kesiapan untuk melakukan fungsi pemeliharaan dan pemantauan secara berkala pelaksanaan program kerja sekolah. AN ANALYSIS OF HEALTH DIAGNOSTIC INSTRUMENTS IN EVALUATING SCHOOL WORK PROGRAM By Muhamad Dwi Herdiansyah Prof. Dr. H. Djam'an Satori, MA Dr. Asep Sudars yah, M.Pd ABSTRACT This study entitled "An Analysis of Health Diagnostic Instruments in Evaluating School Work Program". The participants of this study consist of 3 education management experts (lecturers), 101 school principals, 319 teachers, and 135 administrative staff disseminated in junior high schools throughout Purwakarta Regency. In general, there are three central objectives of this study: 1. To analyze health diagnostic instruments for evaluating school work program. 2. To find out the health evaluation description of school work program in junior high schools throughout Purwakarta Regency. 3. To follow-up on the health diagnostic results. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study concluded that health diagnostic instruments could be used as a measuring tool to diagnose the health evaluation of school work program. The instruments consist of 3 dimensions of planning evaluation (input), implementation evaluation (process), and reporting evaluation (output). From the data, the results of the Weight Mean Score calculation suggest that the condition of the school work program evaluation is very healthy with an average score of 85.48. This indicates disease-free and is ready to perform regular maintenance functions and monitoring the school work program implementation.
