Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelebihan dan kelemahan sebuah program pelatihan organ iringan berbasis notasi angka yang diimplementasikan di Gereja Kerasulan Pusaka dengan mengimplementasikan program latihan khusus yang telah dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemain organ Gereja Kerasulan Pusaka. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Formative Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 orang pemain organ Gereja Kerasulan Pusaka dan partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 40% dari populasi yang ada yaitu tiga orang pemain organ Gereja Kerasulan Pusaka. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu aktivitas dalam analisis data kualitatif yang dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus-menerus sampai tuntas, sehingga datanya sudah jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perkembangan yang baik pada partisipan, seperti dapatnya partisipan membaca notasi musik dan memahami apa yang dimainkannya. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam program ini diantaranya: kurangnya waktu latihan, terdapat beberapa materi yang kurang efektif untuk diterapkan, serta bentuk evaluasi yang belum memenuhi kebutuhan pemain organ. Meski begitu, program pelatihan ini juga direncanakan untuk digunakan menjadi salah satu program gereja guna meregenerasi pemain organ dengan standardisasi yang telah disempurnakan. This research aims to examine the weakness and strength an accompaniment organ training program by implementing special training programs that have been designed in such a way as to suit the needs of the Heritage Apostolic Church organ players. This study uses the Formative Research method with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were 7 organ players of the Heritage Apostolic Church and the participant in this study was 40% of the population, namely three organ players of the Heritage Apostolic Church. The analysis that used in this research using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, that is the activity in qualitative data analysis which is carried out interactively and continuously until completion, so that the data is saturated. The results showed that participants has increase their ability, such as the participants can play the notations also knowing it by heart what they play. But there are defieciency on this program, such as: lack of training time, there are some materials that are less effective to implement, and the evaluation forms that do not meet the needs of organ players. Even so, this training program is also planned to be used as one of the church's programs to regenerate organ players with improved standardization.
