Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa terhadap materi pelajaran menangani surat/dokumen kantor pada siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi, yang ditandai oleh banyaknya siswa yang belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal pada nilai ujian akhir semester untuk standar kompetensi tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuasi yang bertujuan untuk melihat apakah hasil belajar siswa terhadap materi pelajaran pada kelas yang diberi treatment metode Numbered Heads Together berbeda dibanding mereka yang tidak diberi treatment pada proses pembelajaran kompetensi dasar memproses surat/dokumen kantor di kelas XI AP SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diberi penerapan metode Numbered Heads Together, kelas kontrol diberi penerapan metode diskusi kelompok kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi experimental design, tepatnya adalah Non equivalent control group design, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pemberian pretest dan posttest, wawancara, dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda rata-rata. Berdasarkan hasil belajar diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara siswa pada kelas dengan penerapan metode Numbered Heads Together dan siswa pada kelas dengan penerapan metode diskusi pada kompetensi dasar memproses surat/dokumen kantor Abstract Issue that were studied in this research is the low of learning outcomes of students regarding a substance of mail handling lessons in XI Office Administration skills program of SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi, that were indicated by quite a few of students were not getting yet the minimum graduation criteria for those lesson. This research is a quasi experimental design which have purpose for looking whether the learning outcomes of students regarding lessons in the class that given a treatment Numbered Heads Together method are getting higher than the class that not given by the same treatment in learning process of based competency “apply a procedure a document/ letter“ in XI Office Administration skills program SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The research consisted of two groups, the first group is the experimental class and the second group is the controller class. Experimental class will be applying by Numbered heads together method, the controller class will be applying by little group discussion method. This research is using Quasi experimental design, exactly Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pretest and posttest, interviewing, and observation guide will be the techniques for collecting the data. Analysis techniques that will be used were the average difference test. Based on the study implementation, can be concluded there are a different learning outcomes of students between the students with methods numbered heads together applied and them who are not given by the same method (little group discussion) on based competency “apply a procedure a.
