Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Manajemen Peserta Didik dalam Penyelenggaraan Sekolah Model Inklusif di SDN 138 Gegerkalong Girang”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk manajemen peserta didik dalam penyelenggaraan sekolah model inklusif di SDN 138 Gegerkalong Girang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas, guru pendamping khusus, dan ABK. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dalam bentuk naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Analisis kebutuhan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus diawali dengan penentuan kebutuhan siswa. Kuota siswa secara keseluruhan yang diterima sebanyak 84 orang, masing-masing 28 siswa dalam satu kelas dengan kuota maksimal ABK per-kelas sebanyak 3 orang. Tidak terdapat seleksi siswa dengan tes atau ujian, namun untuk seleksi secara administrasi tetap dilakukan, salah satunya ABK harus melampirkan bukti hasil assessment untuk memenuhi kelengkapan administrasi pendaftaran. Adapun, untuk siswa dengan kategori kebutuhan khusus tuna netra, pihak sekolah belum menerima. Hal tersebut disebabkan sekolah masih kekurangan alat yang menunjang yaitu braille. 2) Pembinaan terhadap peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus yakni dengan memberikan perhatian, pengarahan, dan pendampingan yang lebih intensif dibandingkan dengan siswa regular. Dalam pembinaan ABK, guru melibatkan siswa regular untuk membantu dalam pemberian motivasi dan peningkatan percaya diri. 3) Perbedaan evaluasi yang dilakukan antara ABK dan regular yakni pada bobot penilaian yang diberikan. 4) Belum penah terjadi mutasi intern terhadap ABK, sedangkan mutasi ekternal ABK ada, dimana ABK harus melampirkan bukti hasil assessment. This research is entitled “Student Management Analysis in Implementing an Inclusive Model School at SDN 138 Gegerkalong Girang". The purpose of this research was to determine the form of student management in the administration of an inclusive model school in SDN 138 Gegerkalong Girang. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. In this study, data sources are the principal, class teachers, individual assistant teachers, and special needs students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions in narrative form. The results showed that: 1) Analysis of students’ needs with special needs begins with determining students’ needs. The overall quota of students received was 84 people, every 28 students in one class with a maximum allowance of special needs students per type of 3 people. There is no selection of students with tests or examinations. However, for official selection, they are still being conducted, one of which is the special needs students must attach proof of assessment results to fulfill the administrative requirements for registration. Meanwhile, students with special needs for the blind group, the school has not received. Such a thing is due to the school still lacking supporting tools, namely braille. 2) Guidance for students with special needs, namely by giving more intensive attention, direction, and mentoring than regular students. In coaching special needs students, teachers involve regular students to assist in providing motivation and increasing self-confidence. 3) Differences in evaluations carried out between special needs students and proper names on the weight of the assessment given. 4) An internal mutation has not yet occurred for special needs students, whereas special needs students external mutations have existed, where the special needs students must attach evidence of the results of the assessment.
