    Abstract

    The study aims to see how the work ethic and entrepreneurial behavior impact a company's performance. Variabel-variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah etika kerja dan perilaku kewirausahaan. The independent variables in this study are the work ethic and the entrepreneurial behavior. Whereas the variable that depends is the performance of the company. The design of the research used on this research is quantitative research. Using descriptive and veriative methods. The research sample consists of 60 porcelain artisans in Anjun village, Plered sub-district, Purwakarta district. Taken sample method by total/ census. Data retrieval techniques using questionnaires. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. With regression verification testing (test-F) and test t. Regression testing statistics show that it can be used to make a conclusion. The t-results show that the work ethic and entrepreneurial behavior have a positive impact on company performance. Human capital theory contributed positively to entrepreneurial research. So it needs to be research development, taking into account other factors that contribute to entrepreneurial teaching.
