Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan memperoleh gambaran dan menganalisis Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan ekonomi produktif masa persiapan pensiun. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan survii para ASN sebagai peserta pelatihan di Duta Transformasi Insani Bandung yang berjumlah 150 yang diambil secara acak. Analisis data menggunakan SEM berbasis varians Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakteristik personal yang dapat dijadikan sebagai prediktor untuk perilaku kewirausahaan adalah pengalaman berwirausaha dan tempat tinggal. Pelatihan mempengaruhi perilaku para pegawai menjadi lebih percaya diri, berorientasi pada hasil, berani beresiko, originalitas, kepemimpinan dan berorientasi untuk masa depan. Perilaku kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan ekonomi produktif. Meningkatnya kesejahteraan ekonomi bersumber dari imajinasi, inovasi, dan aktivitas kewirausahaan memerlukan dukungan sistem pelatihan yang berorientasi pada keterampilan tinggi dan kompetensi teknis serta karakteristik personal memadai.Secara manajerial hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap perlunya pelatihan kewirausahaan yang melibatkan para peserta pada setiap tahapan dalam pelatihan serta pengembangan pengalaman dan eksplorasi peluang usaha sesuai dengan tempat tinggal .; The research aims to obtain an overview and analyze the Economic Empowerment of State Civil Service (ASN) Empowerment through productive economic entrepreneurship training during retirement preparation. The research used the ASN survey approach as training participants at the Duta Transformasi Insani (DTI) in Bandung, which numbered 150 people and were randomly selected. Data analysis using SEM based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) variance. The results of the study show that the personal characteristics that can be used as predictors for entrepreneurial behavior are experience of entrepreneurship and residence where they live. Training affects the behavior of employees to be more confident, results-oriented, riskier at risk, originality, and leadership and results-oriented, riskier at risk, originality, leadership and future oriented. Entrepreneurial behavior has an influence on the level of productive economic prosperity. Increased economic well-being derived from imagination, innovation and entrepreneurial activity requires the support of a training system oriented to high skills and technical competencies and adequate personal characteristics. Managerially, the results of this study have implications for the need for entrepreneurship training that involves the participants at each stage of the training and the development of experience and exploration of business opportunities in accordance with the place of where they live.
