Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran (1) motivasi belajar, (2) keaktifan belajar siswa dan (3) prestasi belajar siswa, serta (4) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa, (5) pengaruh motivasi belajar dan keaktifan belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 238 siswa kelas X Akuntansi dengan teknik sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket untuk motivasi belajar dan keaktifan belajar serta dokumentansi untuk prestasi belajar. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur, uji-F dan uji-t dengan bantuan program software IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif (1) motivasi belajar berada pada katerogri sedang, (2) keaktifan belajar siswa berada dalam kategori sedang, dan (3) prestasi belajar berada dalam kategori rendah karena masih berada dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minimun (KKM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (4) sumbangan pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa sebesar 65,7% sementara sisanya 34,3% merupakan pengaruh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Sedangkan untuk (5) sumbangan pengaruh motivasi belajar dan keaktifan belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 2,9% sementara sisanya 97,1% merupakan pengaruh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti namun kemudian hasil ini di trimming sehingga sumbangan keaktifan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 2,4% sementara sisanya 97,6% merupakan pengaruh faktor lain. Adapun motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap prestasi belajar melalui keaktifan belajar. This study aimed to determine the picture of (1) learning motivation, (2) students learning activeness and (3) students achievement, and (4) the effect of learning motivation on students learning activeness, (5) the effect of learning motivation and students learning activeness on students achievement. The study used descriptive verification method. The sample consist of 238 accounting X grade students, taken using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The instruments that used in this study are questionnaire for learning motivation and students learning activeness, and documentation for knowing students achievement. Hypothesis tests are performed using path analysis, F-test, and t-test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics software program. Based on descriptive analysis, it is known that (1) learning motivation is in the medium of category, (2) students learning activeness is in the medium of category, meanwhile (3) students achievement is in the low category because it is still below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The results of the study indicate that (4) the contribution of the effect of learning motivation on students learning activeness by 65,7% while the remaining 34,3% is the effect of other factors not examined. Meanwhile (5) the contribution of the effect of learning motivation and students activeness to students learning achievement is 2,9% while the remaining 97,1% is the effect of other factors not examined but then these results are trimming so that the contribution of learning activeness to students learning achievement is 2,4% while the remaining 97,6% is the effect of other factors. As for learning motivation affects indirectly on students learning achievement through learning activeness.
