Abstract

Pelestarian Tenun Cual merupakan salah satu peluang usaha yang sedang berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh beberapa pelaku bisnis di wilayah Bangka Belitung. Namun dalam tiga tahun terakhir kinerja bisnis UKM tenun cual mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi industri tenun cual menggunakan analisis SWOT, gambaran model bisnis dengan Business Model Canvas serta pengembangan model Bisnis yang baru pada tiga industri tenun cual di kota pangkal pinang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu informasi langsung dari internal dan eksternal tiga perusahaan tenun cual di kota pangkal pinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT dan Business Model Canvas, dimana langkah dalam melakukan analisis SWOT yaitu melakukan wawancara terhadap tiga industri tenun cual kemudian diolah dalam matrik EFA/IFAS dan matriks IE dan kemudian dibuat matriks SWOT. Langkah selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil wawancara kemudian dilakukan pemetaan terhadap 9 blok Business Model Canvas berdasarkan urutan. Hasil penelitian pada analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa tiga industri tenun cual di kota pangkal pinang berada pada kuadran 5 yaitu pertumbuhan dan stabilitas. Sedangkan pemetaan Business Model Canvas yang baru pada tiga industri tenun cual, pada elemen channels koperasi tenun cual maslina, museum cual ishadi dan galeri batik destiani bekerja sama dengan rekan bisnis untuk membuat website dalam menyampaikan value proposition dan mengekspansi dengan membuat toko dipusat kota potensial seperti Jakarta dan Bali. Elemen customer relationship tenun cual maslina, museum cual ishadi dan galeri batik destiani memasukan program CSR yang bermanfaat untuk mengikat loyalitas pelanggan, bahkan menambah pelanggan baru. Key partner tenun cual maslina, museum cual ishadi dan galeri batik destiani memperluas pangsa pasar dengan menjalin mitra strategis dengan berbagai pihak seperti agen travel dan market place ditoko online (bukalapak, tokopedia dll). Key activities & key resource pada Koperasi tenun cual maslina yaitu membentuk subdivisi R&D (pengendalian kualitas, Desain dan teknik pewarnaan). Revenue Stream koperasi tenun cual maslina, museum cual ishadi dan galeri; The Preservation of Cual Weaving is one of the business opportunities that is being developed and utilized by several business people in the Bangka Belitung region. However, in the last three years the business performance of the cual weaving in small and medium scale industry has been decreasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the cual weaving industry using SWOT analysis, to frame the description of business models with Business Model Canvas as well as the development of a new Business model in the three cual weaving industries in the pangkal pinang. The research method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method, that the information directly acquired from the internal and external three cual weaving companies in pangkal pinang. This study used SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas, where the steps in conducting SWOT analysis were conducting interviews with three cual weaving industries and then processing them in the EFA / IFAS matrix and IE matrix and then making a SWOT matrix. The next step was based on the results of the interview and then result in the 9 Business Model Canvas blocks based in the right sequence. The results of the SWOT analysis showed that the three cual weaving industries in Pangkal Pinang were in 5 quadrant, which can be growth and stability. While mapping the new Business Model Canvas on three cual weaving industry, the element channels tenun cual Maslina, museum cual ishadi and galeri batik destiani were working cooperatively with business partners to create website to deliver value proposition and to expand by creating shops in the potential city center such as Jakarta and Bali. Customer relationship element tenun cual maslina, museum cual ishadi and galeri batik destiani incorporate in the cost CSR programs that were useful for binding customer loyalty, even adding new customers. On the other hand in the Key partner element tenun cual maslina, museum cual ishadi and galeri batik destiani expanded market share by establishing strategic partners with various parties such as travel agents and market places in online stores (bukalapak, tokopedia etc). While Key activities & key resources element, the tenun cual maslina were forming subdivisions of R&D (quality control, design and coloring techniques). The last one Revenue Stream the tenun cual maslina, museum cual ishadi and galeri batik destiani added new sources of income, by making historical tours and education.
