Abstract

Permasalahan transportasi di Kota Serang adalah penyimpangan angkutan kota yang tidak berjalan sesuai dengan rute trayek yang sudah ditetapkan. Hal ini menimbulkan banyak kerugian diantaranya adalah kemacetan dan overlap nya jumlah angkutan pada jalur trayek tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan solusi apa saja yang harus dievaluasi dalam pembenahan rute angkutan kota di Kota Serang. Metode deksriptif adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi, obeservasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 89 supir angkutan di Kota Serang dengan berbagai jurusan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif yaitu mencari jalan yang mengalami overlap, kualitas jalan, kapasitas jalan, persentase dan analisis gravitasi. Hasil analisis menunjukan: 1) 04,08,09 dan 10 trayek yang mengalami overlap 2) kapasitas Jalan Raya Serang-Merak 1676 smp/jam, jalan raya Lingkar Selatan 2076 smp/jam, jalan raya Mayor Syafi’i 1571 smp/jam, dan jalan Sam’un Bakri 2000 smp/jam 3) Hasil analisis gravitais menunjukan kecenderungan pola persebaran kegiatan wilayah yang tinggi berada pada Kecamatan Serang dan Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya. Selanjutnya hal-hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian 1) ketegasan dan sanksi dari Dinas Perhubungan mengenai angkutan yang melanggar 2) perlu memperhatikan jumlah rute yang efektif 3) mengaktifkan kembali terminal yang tidak berfungsi.; The transportation problem in Serang City is a deviation of city transportation that does not work in accordance with the established route route. This creates many disadvantages including congestion and the overlap in the number of transportation routes on a particular route. This study aims to produce any solutions that must be evaluated in improving the routes of city transportation in the city of Serang. The descriptive method is the method used in this study, with data collection techniques using documentation studies, observations, interviews and questionnaires. The sample in this study were 89 transportation drivers in Serang City with various departments. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive manner, namely looking for roads that experienced overlap, road quality, road capacity, percentage and gravity analysis. The results of the analysis showed: 1) 04.08.09 and 10 routes that experienced overlap 2) the capacity of Serang-Merak Highway 1676 smp / hour, the South Ring Road 2076 smp / hour, the highway Major Syafi'i 1571 pcu / hour, and the road Sam'un Bakri 2000 smp / hour 3) The results of gravitational analysis showed a tendency for a high distribution pattern of regional activities in the Districts of Serang and Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya. Furthermore, matters that need to be considered 1) firmness and sanctions from the Transportation Agency regarding transportation that violates 2) need to pay attention to the number of effective routes 3) reactivate the terminal that is not functioning.
