Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap konflik peran, motivasi terhadap konflik peran, dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama dengan motivasiterhadap konflik peran pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan partisipan sejumlah 150 perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Bekasi dengan kriteria perawat wanita yang sudah menikah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Social Support Scale dengan teori Cohen (2008). Instrumen untuk mengukur motivasidengan menggunakan Anchor Personality Inventory (Riyono, 2011) dan instrumen Work Family Conflict dengan teori Greenhaus & Beutell (1985) yang dibuat oleh Carson, Kacmar, dan William (2000). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) tidak terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial dengan konflik peran dan 2) terdapat beberapa pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap konflik peran.---------The aim of this study was to identify the effect of social support to role conflict, motivation to role conflict, and the effect of both social support and motivation to role conflict on nurses in RSUD Bekasi. This study used quantitative method with 150 nurses as participants. This research used Social Support Scale to measure social support, Anchor Personality Inventory to measure motivation, and Work Family Conflict Scale to measure role conflict. Results indicated that was social support not contributed to role conflict and on the other hand motivation was contributed to role conflict.
