Abstract

Efektivitas pendidikan inklusif dipercayai tergantung pada peran guru. Sikap dan harapan positif guru penting bagi keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif. Bagi guru reguler yang tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan khusus, melaksanakan pendidikan inklusif dapat menjadi sebuah tantangan. Kekurangsiapan dan berbagai kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru reguler dapat memengaruhi sikapnya terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengetahui sikap guru terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif saat ini. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan sikap guru SMA Negeri di Kota Sukabumi terhadap pendidikan inklusif. Adapun tujuan khususnya adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai sikap guru terhadap konsep dan prinsip dalam pendidikan inklusif, sikap guru terhadap landasan pendidikan inklusif, dan sikap guru terhadap tugas guru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 75 responden yang berasal dari 5 SMA Negeri di Kota Sukabumi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertututup yang terdiri dari 58 pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 69% dari responden memiliki sikap yang baik (positif) terhadap pendidikan inklusif. Guru memiliki sikap positif terhadap ketiga aspek dengan rincian sebagai berikut: (1) sikap guru terhadap konsep dan prinsip dalam pendidikan inklusif baik dengan persentase 71%, (2) sikap guru terhadap landasan pendidikan inklusif baik dengan persentase 55%, dan (3) sikap guru terhadap tugas guru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif baik dengan persentase 75%. Kesimpulan, secara keseluruhan sikap guru SMA Negeri di Kota Sukabumi sudah baik (positif). Guru telah menerima dan mendukung pendidikan inklusif. The effectiveness of inclusive education is believed to depend on the role of the teacher. Teachers' positive attitudes and expectations are important for the success of inclusive education. For regular teachers who have no special educational background, implementing inclusive education can be a challenge. The unpreparedness and difficulties experienced by a regular teacher can influence the attitude towards implementing inclusive education. Therefore, research is needed to find out the attitudes of teachers towards the implementation of inclusive education today. The general objective of this study is to describe the attitudes of high school teachers in Sukabumi towards inclusive education. The specific aim is to get a picture of the teachers' attitude towards the concepts and principles in inclusive education, the teachers' attitude towards the foundation of inclusive education, and the teachers' attitude towards the teacher's task in implementing inclusive education. This research uses a quantitative approach. The study was conducted on 75 respondents from 5 high schools in Sukabumi. Data collected using a closed questionnaire consisting of 58 statements. The results showed that 69% of respondents had a good (positive) attitude towards inclusive education. The teachers' positive attitude towards the three aspects with the following details: (1) the teachers' attitude towards the concepts and principles in inclusive education is good with a percentage of 71%, (2) the teachers' attitude towards the foundation of inclusive education is good with a percentage of 55%, and (3) the teachers' attitude on the task in implementing inclusive education is good with a percentage of 75%. In conclusion, overall the attitude of high school teachers in Sukabumi is good (positive). Teachers have received and supported inclusive education.
