Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan dibantu pelatih dan latihan dengan alat bantu Robopong. Tiga puluh siswa ilmu keolahragaan angkatan 2017 terbagi dalam dua kelompok. Kelompok pertama adalah kelompok yang dilatih dibantu pelatih, dan kelompok kedua adalah kelompok yang berlatih dengan alat bantu Robopong sebagai perlakuan. Semua subjek menghadiri sepuluh kali tatap muka; pertemuan pertama untuk melakukan pre test, delapan pertemuan untuk perlakuan/treatment, dan pertemuan terakhir untuk post test. Keterampilan teknik dasar mereka diukur dengan menggunakan Instrumen Uji Teknik Dasar Tenis Meja pada sesi pertama dan ketiga. Sesi pertama untuk mengetahui kemampuan subjek, dan sesi ketiga untuk mengetahui kemampuan subjek setelah sesi perlakuan. Studi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kedua perlakuan tersebut memiliki efek positif pada peningkatan penguasaan teknik dasar smash, namun tidak ada perbedaan statistik antara kedua kelompok tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua perlakuan (latihan) tersebut dapat meningkatkan penguasaan teknik dasar smash pada tenis meja, dan keduanya dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk variasi latihan untuk mengurangi kejenuhan atlet.; The purpose of this study was to know is there a different effect between training with the coach and the training with the Robopong. All of subjects attended ten sessions; the first sessions is the pre test session, eight sessions for treatment, and the last session is the post test session. The subjects measured their basic smash technique skills using the Table Tennis Skills Tests Instrument on the first and third sessions. The first session to find out the ability of the subject, and the third session to determine the subject's ability after the treatment session. The study demonstrated that both of treatment had a positive effect on increased mastery of smash basic techniques, but there was no statistical differences between the group. These findings suggest that both exercises can improve the mastery of basic smash techniques on table tennis, and both can be used as a variety of exercises to reduce the saturation of the athletes.
