Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan struktur program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe, mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe, mengukur peningkatan kreativitas calon guru IPA SD dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik, mengidentifikasi keunggulan dan kelemahan program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe, serta mengidentifikasi tanggapan peserta terhadap proses kegiatan program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe. Penelitian ini termasuk mixed methods dengan embedded experimental design research. Pembekalan berbasis RAWTe ini merupakan proses pembekalan dengan kegiatan utama berupa reading, analyzing, writing dan teaching. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang mahasiswa yang menyatakan diri bersedia untuk ikut di dalam sebuah penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa rubrik penilaian kreativitas pada produk yang dihasilkan, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe, lembar wawancara untuk mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe serta tanggapan peserta terhadap setiap tahapan yang ada pada program pembekalan tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan teknik sequential data analysis, yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara berurutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe ini terdiri atas tiga sesi, masing-masing sesi meliputi serangkaian kegiatan reading, analyzing, writing dan teaching, serta membutuhkan waktu selama 41 jam/minggu. Program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe dapat dikatakan berhasil karena sesuai dengan tujuan serta struktur yang telah dirancang di dalam panduan. Selain itu, program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe dapat meningkatkan kreativitas calon guru IPA SD di dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik yang diukur dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,81 untuk RPP, 0,79 untuk LKS, dan 0,76 untuk handout, semua nilai N-gain yang diperoleh termasuk pada kategori “Tinggi”. Adapun keunggulan program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe antara lain dapat meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA SD dan mudah dilaksanakan. Sementara itu salah satu kelemahan program RAWTe adalah pada proses implementasinya membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama yakni tiga minggu. Sementara untuk tanggapan terhadap setiap tahapan yang ada pada program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe sebanyak 25 orang peserta (83,33%) menyatakan bahwa program pembekalan berbasis RAWTe secara umum berjalan dengan baik serta merasakan adanya kebermanfaatan dari program pembekalan ini.---------- This study aims to produce the RAWTe-based provision program, to describe the implementation of the RAWTe-based provision program, to measure the enhancement in creativity of prospective elementary school's science teacher in developing learning devices with scientific approach, to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the RAWTe-based provision program, and to reveal the participants' responses towards the RAWTe-based provision program. This study employes mixed methods with experimental design research. The RAWTe-based program is a provision process with the main activities namely, reading, analyzing, writing and teaching. The participants were 30 students who state themselves will participate in the study. The instrument used in this study is the creativity assessment rubric on the developed product, the observation sheet to describe the implementation of the RAWTe-based provision program, the interview to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the RAWTe-based provision program and to reveal the participants' responses towards the program. Data analysis used in this study is sequential data analysis techniques, namely qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the RAWTebased provision program consistsed of three sessions, each sessions consisted of reading, analyzing, writing and teaching activities and also the program is needed 41 hours for each week. The implementation of the RAWTe-based provision program is successful because the program in accordance with the objectives and the structure that has been designed in the program. In addition, the RAWTe-based provision program also significantly to increase the creativity of elementary school's science teacher in STKIP Subang in developing learning devices with scientific approach that measured by N-gain values, 0.81 for lesson plan, 0.79 for students' worksheet, and 0.76 for the development of handouts, all N-gain values obtained with the "high" category. The advantages of the RAWTe-based provision program can improve the students' creativity in developing elementary science learning devices and that are easy to apply. One of the weaknesses of the RAWTebased provision program is that the implementation process relatively is needed longer time of three weeks. Meanwhile, the students' responses towards the RAWTe-based provision program showed that 25 participants (83.33%) revealed that the program is successful and they are agree with the advantages of the provision program.
