Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan kerja, gambaran tingkat kualitas kehidupan kerja, gambaran tingkat kinerja guru, adakah pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, adakah pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan adakah pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kualitas kehidupan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 50 guru SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi yang terdiri dari 7 guru PNS DPK, 23 guru GTY, 10 guru GTT, dan 10 guru GHY. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tingkat kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, gambaran tingkat kualitas kehidupan kerja tinggi, gambaran tingkat kinerja guru tinggi, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja guru, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan kualitas kehidupan kerja.----------This study aims to describe the level of job satisfaction, description of the level of quality of work life, description of the level of teacher performance, is there an effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, is there an influence on quality of work life on teacher performance and is there influence in work satisfaction and quality of work life together towards teacher performance using method explanatory survey. The data collection technique uses a 5-scale rating scale questionnaire. Respondents were 50 teachers of Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi Vocational School consisting of 7 PNS DPK teachers, 23 GTY teachers, 10 GTT teachers, and 10 GHY teachers. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the research in the Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi Vocational School showed that the picture of the level of job satisfaction was in the very high category, a picture of the high level of work life, a high level of teacher performance, there was a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and teacher performance. The quality of work life and teacher performance, and there are simultaneous and significant positive effects on teacher performance. Therefore, teacher performance can be improved through increased job satisfaction and quality of work life.
