Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan, gambaran tingkat motivasi, gambaran tingkat kinerja guru, pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dan pengaruh kepuasan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei explanasi (explanatory survey). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 50 guru SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi yang terdiri dari 7 guru PNS DPK, 23 guru GTY, 10 guru GTT, dan 10 guru GHY. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukan persamaan garis linier Y ̂ = 5.621 + 0.361(X1) + 0.386(X2). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) Kepuasan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, (2) Motivasi berada pada kategori tinggi (3) Kinerja guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan dan kinerja guru, hal ini terbukti dari hasil ttabel > thitung (5.532 > 2.011) dan nilai signifikasi 0.000 < 0.05, (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan kinerja guru, hal ini terbukti dari hasil ttabel > thitung (5.225 > 2.011) dan nilai signifikasi 0.000 < 0.05, dan (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru hal ini terbukti dari hasil Ftabel > Fhitung (21.684 > 2.81) dan nilai signifikasi 0.000 < 0.05. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepuasan dan motivasi.----------This study aims to describe the level of satisfaction, description of the level of motivation, description of the level of teacher performance, the effect of satisfaction on teacher performance, the effect of motivation on teacher performance and the effect of satisfaction and motivation together on teacher performance. The research method uses explanation survey method (explanatory survey). The data collection technique uses a 5-scale scale rating rating questionnaire. Respondents were 50 teachers of Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi Vocational School consisting of 7 PNS DPK teachers, 23 GTY teachers, 10 GTT teachers, and 10 GHY teachers. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show the linear line equation Y ̂ = 5.621 + 0.361(X1) + 0.386(X2). The conclusions obtained are (1) Satisfaction is in a very high category, (2) Motivation is in the high category (3) Teacher's performance is in the very high category, (4) There is a positive and significant influence between teacher satisfaction and performance, this is proven from the results of ttable > tcount (5.532 > 2011) and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, (5) There is a positive and significant influence between teacher motivation and performance, this is evident from the results of ttable > tcount (5.225 > 2011) and 0.000 < 0.05 , and (6) There is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction and motivation simultaneously on teacher performance. This is evident from the results of Ftable > Fcount (21.684 > 2.81) and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, teacher performance can be improved through increased satisfaction and motivation.
