Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi belajar dan keaktifan belajar siswa, serta mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas XII SMK YASEBHA pada mata pelajaran Praktikum Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, Dagang dan Manufaktur. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi siswa kelas XII Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2018/2019 di SMK YASEBHA yang berjumlah 20 orang. Angket motivasi belajar tersusun dari 20 item pernyataan dan angket keaktifan belajar tersusun dari 10 item pernyataan dengan 5 alternatif jawaban. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan tahapan yang dimulai dari uji normalitas, uji linearitas, hingga pada analisis regresi linier sederhana yang pengujiannya terdiri dari uji F dan uji t. Hasil pengujian uji t untuk pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa menunjukkan nilai thitung > ttabel, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa yang artinya jika motivasi belajar tinggi maka keaktifan belajar siswa tinggi. This research aimed to find out the learning motivation and learning activeness of student, and to determine the influence of learning motivation to learning activeness of student in class XII Accounting Department at SMK YASEBHA on Practical Accounting in Services, Trade and Manufacturing Companies subjects. The design of this research is survey research with descriptive and verification method. The data collection technique uses questionnaire for 20 XII grade Accounting Students year 2018/2019 of SMK YASEBHA. Learning motivation questionnaire ranged by 20 statements and learning activeness of student questionnaire ranged by 10 statements with 5 alternative responses. Data analysis and hypothesis testing is done with stages starting from the normality test, linearity test, up to simple linier regression analysis whose test consist of F-test and t-test. The result of t-test for the influence of learning motivation support on learning activeness of student shows that thitung > ttabel, so it can be concluded that learning motivation support have positive effect on learning activeness of student which means that if learning motivation support well then learning activeness of student is good.
