Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Universitas Negeri Manado (UNIMA) dalam menginternalisasikan nilai kedamaian. Proses internalisasi nilai kedamaian perlu dikembangkan khususnya di lingkungan kampus yang heterogen seperti di UNIMA. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada Model Internalisasi Nilai Kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model empirik (existing model) internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA?; 2) Bagaimana model hipotetik internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA?; 3) Bagaimana model akhir internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA?; 4) Bagaimana efektivitas model pembelajaran internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Menemukan model empirik internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA; 2) Merancang model hipotetik internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA; 3) Merumuskan model akhir internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA; 4) Mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI di UNIMA. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D). Uji coba dilakukan pada mata kuliah PAI di beberapa jurusan dan fakultas yang berjumlah 113 orang. Data diperoleh melalui angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara empirik pembelajaran PAI di UNIMA masih belum optimal karena keterbatasan dosen dan kemampuan dosen dalam pembelajaran PAI. Model hipotetik internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI dirancang dengan indikator nilai cinta kasih, menerima perbedaan, menghormati dan menghargai sesama, adil, taat aturan, toleran, kerjasama, dan menghindari konflik. Penerapan model internalisasi nilai kedamaian melalui PAI ini efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PAI. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil pre-test dan post-test antara sebelum dan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran serta hasil penilaian mahasiswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran. This study was motivated by the low rate of success in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning process at Manado State University (UNIMA) internalizing the value of peace. Internalizing the value of peace needs to be developed especially in heterogeneous campus environment such as in UNIMA. This study focuses on the internalization model of peace value through PAI in UNIMA. The problems concerned in this study are how does Empirical model (existing model) internalize the value of peace through PAI in UNIMA?; 2) How does hypothetical model internalize the value of peace through PAI in UNIMA?; 3) How does Final model internalize the value of peace through PAI in UNIMA?; 4) How is the effectiveness of learning model in internalizing the value of peace through PAI in UNIMA? The aim of this study was: 1) to find an empirical model of internalizing the peace value through PAI in UNIMA; 2) to design a hypothetical model to internalize the value of peace through PAI in UNIMA; 3) to formulate the final model of internalization of peace value through PAI in UNIMA; 4) to know the effectiveness of the learning model in internalizing the value of peace through PAI in UNIMA. The study used research and development (R & D) as its research method. The trial was conducted on PAI courses in several departments and faculties, totaling 113 people. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, it was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that empirically PAI at UNIMA was still not at the optimal state because of the limitations and ability of lecturer in PAI. The hypothetical model of internalizing the peace value through PAI is designed with indicators of values of love, accepting differences, respecting others, being fair, obedient to rules, tolerant, collaborating, and avoiding conflict. The application of the internalization models of peace value through PAI was effectively applied in PAI learning process. This was indicated by the existence of significant differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test between before and after the application of the learning model and student’s opinion toward the application of the learning model.
