Abstract

Keistimewaan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki kompetensi Guru menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 14 tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen yang terdiri dari kompetensi pedagogik, sosial, kepribadian dan profesional selain itu memiliki kompetensi profesional berlandaskan Alquran yang bersifat al-amin (terpercaya), al-hafiz (dapat menjaga amanah), dan al wafiya (merawat sesuatu dengan baik). Sehingga selaras dengan Tujuan Pendidikan Nasional untuk menghasilkan peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia dan memiliki wawasan global. Pada kurikulum 2013 Pemerintah merumuskan instrumen soal berstandar internasional yang memiliki tingkat kemampuan berpikir tinggi atau HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). Maka dalam kompetensi pedagogik seorang Guru dituntut dapat melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran yang berbasis HOTS. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia membina calon pendidik dengan dibekali skill agar sesuai kebutuhan di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan Guru PAI alumni Prodi IPAI UPI dalam menyusun instrumen soal evaluasi berbasis HOTS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilaksanakan langsung ke lapangan, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan naskah PAS (Penilaian Akhir Semester) Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 pada guru PAI alumni Prodi IPAI UPI di tingkat SMP dan SMA. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui daftar check sesuai dengan indikator yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Indikator yang digunakan peneliti mengacu pada Modul Penyususunan Soal HOTS yang dikeluarkan oleh KEMENDIKBUD pada tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian secara konstruksi soal menunjukkan dari 575 butir soal yang disusun oleh Guru PAI lulusan Program Studi IPAI UPI sudah 7% memenuhi kriteria HOTS dan 98% sesuai dengan kaidah penyusunan soal. Secara konten evaluasi PAI menunjukkan 100% sesuai dengan Kompetensi Dasar PAI. What makes Islamic Education Teachers special is that they do not only possess Teacher Competence according to Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers consisting of pedagogical, social, personal, and professional competences, but they also have professional competence based on the Qur’an, comprising al-amin (trustworthy), al-hafiz (able to guard mandates), and al wafiya (able to take care of something well). The competences are aligned with the National Education Goal to produce students who are noble and have global insight. In the 2013 curriculum, the Government has formulated international standard test instruments with higher order thinking skills (HOTS). Hence, in the context of pedagogic competence a teacher is required to carry out HOTS-based learning evaluation. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia equips its pre-service teachers with the skills that suit the needs in the field. This research aims to determine the ability of Islamic education teachers graduating from the Study Program of Islamic Education Sciences, UPI, in preparing HOTS-based evaluation questions. It adopted the quantitative approach with a survey method. Data in the forms of final semester assessment sheets were collected for the odd semester of 2017/2018 academic year from the UPI graduates teaching at junior and senior high school levels. The data were then analysed through a checklist in accordance with the indicators previously formulated based on the Module for Creating HOTS Questions published by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2017. The results showed that in terms of test-item construction, out of the 575 items prepared by the Islamic education teachers who graduated from Islamic Education Sciences Study Program of UPI, 7% met the HOTS criteria and 98% were in accordance with the guidelines. In terms of Islamic education content evaluation, 100% of the items were in accordance with Islamic Education Basic Competencies
