Abstract

Sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman ditemukan teknologi desain generasi baru yaitu 3D virtual prototype dengan software Marvelous Designer yang memenuhi kebutuhan membuat desain busana 3D sehingga desain busana menjadi tampil lebih hidup dan lebih nyata.Di dalam proses pembelajaran pembuatan desain busana 3D virtual prototype dibutuhkan keseragaman pemahaman sebagai upaya mempermudah proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan multimedia yang menunjang yaitu multimedia interaktif pembelajaran desain busana 3D virtual prototype menggunakan software marvelous designer yang merupakan pengembangan dari multimedia interaktif sebelumnya yaitu multimedia interaktif teknologi desain. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melakukan identifikasi, merancang desain dan membuat program multimedia interaktif,melakukan uji validasi, uji terbatas, serta verifikasi dan analisis hasil validasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa metode Research and Development. Prosedur pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dilakukan melaui (1) tahap rancangan, (2) tahap produksi dan pengembangan, (3) validasi, (4) tahap revisi. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi diperoleh presentase sebesar 100% bahwa multimedia interaktif dinilai sangat baik untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran desain busana 3D virtual prototype. Validasi dari ahli multimedia diperoleh presentase sebesar 94% bahwa multimedia interaktif dinilai sangat baik digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil ujicoba terbatas terhadap pengguna diperoleh persentase sebesar 94,1% dinilai sangat baik digunakan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran pembuatan desain busana 3D. Temuan dan masukan dari ahli materi dan ahli multimedia berupa gambar background dibuat menjadi lebih luwes, revisi pada pengaturan volume suara dan tambahkan panduan pengajar.Verifikasi hasil validasi menunjukan bahwa ahli materi dan ahli multimedia menyepakati pengembangan multimedia interaktif desain busana 3D yang dibuat layak digunakan. In accordance with the current development, the newest technology design has been developed, the 3D virtual prototype with Marvelous Designer software meets the needs of making 3D clothing that makes the design appears more life and realistic. In the learning process in making fashion design with 3D virtual prototype, equal understanding is needed as a means to ease the teaching process. Therefore, supportive multimedia is much needed, such as fashion design’s interactive multimedia ‘3D virtual prototype with marvelous designer software’ which is an upgrade from the previous interactive multimedia: interactive multimedia design technology. The purpose of this research is to identify, design, and create interactive multimedia program, do validation test, restricted test, as well as verification and validation results analysis. The method used in this research is Research and Development method. The procedures of developing the interactive multimedia learning are (1) designing step, (2) producting and developing step, (3) validating, (4) revising step. The result of validation from the material expert has acquired 100% of percentages, which stated that interactive multimedia is valid/worth to use as learning media for 3D fashion design virtual prototype. The validation from multimedia expert has acquired 94% of percentages, stated that interactive multimedia is valid as learning media. The result from restricted test towards the user has acquired 94,1% of percentages, valid to use for supporting the learning process in making 3D fashion design. The finding and suggestions from the material expert and multimedia expert are; the background should be more flexible, pay attention to the sound setting and add learning manual. Verification of validation result showed that material expert and multimedia expert are agree that this development of 3D fashion design interactive multimedia is worth to use.
